Delaware River Access: Peaceful Farm Retreat!

Place was perfect in every way. Only issue was that it’s hard to find if you arrive after dark… it is very dark, GPS is a little off in the area and not obvious which property was the correct 1. The owner was extremely easy to contact and was able to guide us in though.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The property sits on a beautiful farm with pristine landscapes and gorgeous views in every direction. The home is a fully renovated two bedroom, two bath retreat, designed in a stunning modern contemporary farmhouse style with incredible attention to detail. Everything feels brand new, from the kitchen to the bathrooms, yet it is warm and welcoming with all the home accessories you would want but none of the clutter. The beds were extremely comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the entire space was impeccably clean. It truly felt like staying in a brand new home surrounded by nature’s beauty. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and picture perfect getaway.

Wonderful stay in a beautifully maintained lovely property. The hiking trail was a real treat.

My husband and I were traveling to the area for a wedding. Right before we arrived, the area had a severe storm causing power outages. The owner met us at the property to make us aware and also allowed us to use the main house to get ready for dinner etc since that was being powered by a generator. By the end of the night power was restored. Steven went above and beyond to make sure we were enjoying our stay by checking in with us and even delivering lattes and fresh baked goods the next morning. The property is absolutely breathtaking inside and out! The photos don’t do it any justice. If I’m ever in the area again I would definitely rebook.

This farm was absolutely beautiful, with stunning views in every direction—sunrises and sunsets on this property were truly the highlight of each day. The land surrounding the house was breathtaking and made the perfect backdrop for our weekend escape.The house itself was spacious, spotless, and decorated in a way that felt both cozy and intentional. We especially loved the private patio space down by the river—it was such a peaceful bonus, we even had a picnic! At night, the gentle sound of the fountain in the pond made everything feel extra relaxing. And the bed—wow. It was the best sleep we had gotten on a vacation! We couldn’t stop talking about it for days. The host was incredibly friendly and quick to respond. We’d 100% come back—this place completely exceeded our expectations. If you're in doubt, don't be, BOOK IT!

Great home and host!

Our family (2 adults, 1 child) spent a wonderful weekend here. Check in and check out were a breeze. The house was SO clean and the property absolutely gorgeous. Our four-year-old enjoyed exploring the farm. We just happened to be coming to the area, but we would love to come back sometime.

The house was wonderful- great location overlooking the pond. While we did not get much of a chance to explore the property the part we did visit was pretty amazing. Overall this was a great stay and both Jeff (property manager) and Steve (owner) made sure we were taken care of. We will definitely be back.

Fabulous new property. Beautiful home, totally relaxing and scenic and friendly host. Excellent communication and easy check in. Chuck went above and beyond to make us feel very welcome.The river access patio was an added bonus. Calicoon is close by and we enjoyed dinner and lunch at the Western Inn. Easy to get to from Bethel Woods concert. It's a 10 out of 10 and we hope to visit again. Book it, you'll love it too.
