Stayed Jul 17, 2025This is a wonderful property and well kept up! The depth of the river was a little disappointing for fishing but did catch a smallmouth bass! Was allowed an early check in and check out which was nice. All in all I would definitely recommend!

Stayed Aug 19, 2024Our family included 6 adults and 1 child. Plenty of things to do in the area. Cabin was supplied nicely with all the cooking things we needed, bedding, towels galore!! We rented a pontoon for a day nearby as pretty rocky in the channel cabin is on.

Stayed Aug 7, 2023This was our second time staying in Eagle River and we decided to extend an invite out to other family. I found this place and it was exactly what we needed. Plenty of space beautiful view of the river. And absolutely peaceful at night by the fire. The property does have a nice dock. Just be advised that the river channel to reach the dock has several shallow sections. We rented a larger pontoon and I managed to get it to the dock after a few tries but figured it would be best to leave at marina to around getting stuck. I would advise a smaller boat if you want to dock at property. Kids loved the paddleboat that was provided at the dock. There were plenty of fresh towels and more than enough space in the kitchen to manuever around. Overall everyone in our group enjoyed the property.
