Deep Creek Lake – Lake View Cabin with Hot Tub, Fireplace, and Pool Table

The house was nice. The host was very helpful. She responded very quickly to all questions. We loved having a hot tub. I think that the house needs updating. Including; windows cleaned, new curtains and blinds (some work and some don’t), trash can in all rooms, clean kitchen cupboards, and update lighting in all rooms. The lighting was too dark in the bedrooms and the bathroom. It was difficult to get ready. The deck and steps going to house are VERY dry and rough. The house and location were very good.

The cabin was pretty and cozy. Plenty of room. We did not use the hot tub. Recommendations- towel rack in the downstairs bathroom, biggest one— fix the refrigerator door bars!!! They are actually curtain rods. We didn’t notice that until one came apart when we opened the door and my glass cayman Jack margaritas fell on the floor and the glass shattered all over the floor! The lighting over the kitchen table was not great in the evening when we played games. The shower head in the loft bathroom drips. These are all recommendations for your benefit. None of this hampered our good time. We really enjoyed sitting on the patio, and making fires. We left some fire wood for the next person. It is on the glider so it won’t get wet when it rains. We also used the grill which was great. All in all it was a great place to stay. One more thing, maybe a couple dish rags and a couple more dish towels. I actually brought some from home. And, unless we did something wrong, the dishwasher didn’t clean things well. We took them out and hand washed everything the rest of the time. You do have a beautiful home and we had good weather and a good time!

We enjoyed our stay at Deep Creek. The view from the cabin was beautiful. The couches were comfortable and the showers good. The location was central to most activities in the area.

This entire trip was great. The host, amenities, the stay.. absolutely everything was exceptional. They went above and beyond to accommodate. The cabin was fully stocked, no need for anything. Very clean. Beautiful cabin and scenery. Felt like home away from home. Absolutely will book again and recommend to anybody who will listen!!

The house was very cute and passed all clean standards. Excellent view and location. The only downside to our stay was the entire house ran out of propane about 30 minutes after we arrived. At first we thought the fireplace just stopped working and then the house started getting colder. It dropped to about 60 degrees and was even colder in the downstairs which is where my 1yo was sleeping. That was not ideal. They were able to get someone out to assess the fireplace and discovered the entire cigar was also out of propane. They offered for us to switch cabins (very inconvenient for one night, but a nice gesture). The gas company was able to make it out early evening and light all the pilots for us to resume heating the house. Minus this blip it was an excellent stay.

Not luxurious but definitely adequate.I expected a better view...not of the Lake but was disappointed we looked out onto another cabin when I expected a more wooded view.

The cabin was clean and neat. Checking in was a breeze and the kitchen was stocked with the basic necessities. The cabin over all was fine, the only thing we wish we knew was a lot of the lake was privately owned by other rental properties making it a bit hard to get to the lake. Still it was a lovely experience!

Check in and check out was very easy and convenient. We had a problem with internet, As soon as we let them know, they were on it to get it fixed. Location was great. Kitchen was very well stocked / my only complaint was not very much room for us to put our groceries. We would definitely want to stay there again.

Excellent accommodations here, as always- we have been a number of times before! Check in and check out is super easy, everything works, lovely view. Only thing of note is the road to get there is gravel and is pretty steep, you’ll probably want at least AWD for it in messier seasons. We love this cabin!

Wonderful place. Only negative is could have used more/better outdoor furniture and better locks on the outside trash. We had to clean trash out of rd 2 days because bears got in it and there had been no trash pickup all week. The house itself was everything we wanted

The property was perfect and just what I was looking for. It had a true log cabin vibe which was exactly what I wanted. There was a small but pleasant view of the lake, and I especially loved the peaceful stream running through the backyard. The cabin was very spacious with three queen beds and two single beds in the loft. It was also well-stocked with cleaning supplies, which was a nice bonus.

This cabin was perfect for my family! It was extremely clean, which was much appreciated as my special needs son still crawls. Amenities were great! Owner was available the whole time and got back to me within minutes. Location ideal and close to everything. Can’t wait to return! Our family had a wonderful time!

Great location five minutes from Brendas pizza and Traders coffee and cafe. Lake, state parks, Wisp resort, and boat rental are all within a short drive.The cabin is clean and spacious with a sunshine filled morning. Hot tub is cozy out on the deck.All in all we were very happy with our first stay at Deep Creek Lake

Beautiful property with great view. Saw many small animals in the backyard. Beds were comfortable and great kitchen supplies. Perfect location to travel to multiple locations for fun! Great communication with manager. My only personal issue would be no rugs on the floors in the bedrooms. It makes the rooms feel incomplete . I like the warmth and homey feeling of them. Other than that, it was a great stay!

The property was perfect for our group. The host was awesome! This was the best renting experience I’ve had…and we book places at deep creek lake often. The hot tub was clean and was every room in the house. Great stay!

Friends gathered for a Thursday thru Sunday stay. The house was welcoming, perfect accomodations, and very clean!

We had a great time, everything was clean and all amenities where easy to use. The hot tub had clear instructions and was set up and ready to use when we got there. The property manager checked in virtually to make sure the trip was going well. I would definitely recommend.

Very nice home very clean n up to date. I have to say for all the homes I’ve rented out in Deep Creek, this home was so well stocked with everything u would possibly need. I would definitely recommend for anyone to stay here, communication with the manager for booking n checking in was great.

House true to listing and just an excellent property for us! Lovely quiet lane to walk the dogs, enough space for togetherness and the pool table for the younger crowd. Love the feeling of remoteness but close to everything. Host was very responsive and helpful and checked in on us. We will be back!!

This property is cozy and quiet in a great neighborhood very close to the ski resort as well as grocery stores and shops. The view of the lake from the deck is fantastic as well. The property manager had amazing communication from the reservation through the end of our stay. I highly recommend this property.

We were wanting something with a lake view and a hot tub to celebrate my partners birthday. We fell in love with the cabin. It could use a decor update but the time warp back to our childhood was endearing in a way. There’s a babbling broke on the property and the stars are so bright out there. There’s plenty of room for up to 10 people but we enjoyed the quiet solitude. The owner was communicative and also gave plenty of space. We will hopefully be back with our kids eventually. Thank you!

We really like the house. It was very nice. The hot tub worked well. The beds were really old and very uncomfortable. All the towels were old and half falling apart as well as the bedding. Not sure why they didn’t replace the towels in the bedding? The bed we slept on was like a trampoline almost? It must be a 30-year-old mattress.

Great time ! So happy it snowed and there were items provided to help with that. Jacuzzi was a tad bit struggle but I blame the weather, which made the time worth it. Only complaint ...CURTAINS !!!! Didn't feel completely safe and comfortable knowing there were no curtains for privacy. Lovely home & visit.

My kids loved the hot tub and pool table. There was more than enough space for my family of four. Very clean and a convenient location. Highly recommend!

We had a great time! Our ages ranged from 5 to 64 years old and we all loved the house and the amazing lake view. There were enough beds for everyone and having 3 full bathrooms was great. We also brought our dogs and they loved it too! Highly recommend!
