Excellent place to stay and very close to all amenities

Lovely home with great amenities ( hot tub, pool table, foose ball). At the top of a hill, quiet, secluded. Short drive to Dollywood. Hosts were great to communicate with.

I came to getaway for my Birthday ! I was very surprised how clean it was! Conveniently located to the strip! We definitely plan on returning!

The cabin was perfect for our family getaway. It feels secluded even though it’s located in a neighborhood and close to town. We really appreciated the proximity to everything. All the amenities we needed were supplied. We had a great time playing pool, using the hot tub, and hanging out around the kitchen table playing games (we brought). The cabin provided the perfect mix of relaxing in the woods and going into Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg for shopping and eating out. Our adult kids also enjoyed the proximity to the Great Smokey Mountains National Park for some hiking. There definitely is something for everyone and the cabin in right in middle of it all!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautifully decorated cabin. The owner was very helpful and responded promptly to a minor problem with the television. Otherwise everything was perfect! The cabin is in a great location - close to the main strip! The amenities are awesome! We recommend this cabin to anyone! The cabin was very clean and it was nicely decorated for Christmas. They had all the extras that you could need while there; pots,pans, cups, bowls, and anything like that you might want if you decide to cook in. It is close to town but you still get the Cain feel. We will definitely be coming back.

What a fantastic place! Very clean! Great location & surprisingly quiet considering how close it is to the parkway! You can see the fireworks from Dollywood outside the window. Beds were soft & comfortable. The Christmas decor was so warm & welcoming. Hans room was so fun! Hosts were wonderful with communication. Looking forward to staying here again!!!

Another wonderful weekend in Pigeon Forge staying in this cabin. The hosts are very easy to work with. The cabin was clean and well stocked. Everything was as described.

We loved our stay! It was conveniently close to the top attractions in pigeon Forge yet we did not feel as though we were staying in the middle of the city. Our boys loved the “biggest bathtubs in the world”. The cabin was very clean when we arrived. The beds were very comfortable and sleep great! We hope to continue staying here during our annual trips to Dollywood.

Absolutely no complaints! Everything was clean. Beautiful house with a gorgeous view. Everything worked properly. Good location. Hosts reply within a decent time frame. Hot tub was perfect. Not too hot, not too cold. Cabin has enough entertainment to where you don't have to worry about being bored.

The Host was great. We had some problems with the washer and she went above and beyond to make sure we had clean clothes and fresh towels. The hot tubs jets were amazing. It was nice to have after a long day of playing at Top Jump with the kids. The cabin is in a nice peaceful area. It is easy to get to. Love the gameroom. Had something for everyone to enjoy. Would stay here again.

This cabin was perfect! Exactly as described. Perfect location to everything. Easy to get to. It has everything you would need for a stay in and cook night. Kids enjoyed the arcade game and pool table. We had an issue with the electric that effected the entire neighborhood and Doris was quick to find out what she could on it. I would highly recommend this cabin!

This cabin is exactly as described and just what we were looking for. Spotless, charming, cozy and so close to the parkway and all its attractions.

The cabin was very clean and spacious. It was very well stocked with necessary items. The pool table and hot tub was a big hit for my teenage children. Located in the perfect location.

Dryer does not function -- which would be nice for reusing towels (between hot tub and shower). The basement bed is SUPER squeaky. Hot tub is a tad small for four.Overall, a very lovely property!

My wife and I with our kids rented this cabin about 5 times in the past (2009-2015), & rented Bear's Family a couple of times. They was newer back then. Not a lot changed, which is a bummer. Use to be a clear view of the mountains from back decks. Having some of the tree limbs cut would help. Both beds are sinking in the center. The foundation needs some attention, as the center of cabin is noticeably sinking. The master Jacuzzi, the front jets are underwater, but the back ones are about 2 inches above the water line. When multiple people are using the shower, it's hard to fill above all jets without running out of hot water. The water pressure was low. When we arrived the cleaner was still there. The floors needed mopping and hot tub smelled and was cloudy. Alison, the property manager came next morning and cleaned the hot tub. The only downside, too many clorine tablets, caused foaming/bubbles when jets were turned on. The blankets smelled, but we brought our own sheets/blankets (something we always do). Owner is amazing lady that care about her renters. Hard to control when she is not physically near her cabins. I don't blame her for the cleaning part. Updating the pool table accessories, the arcade and the foundation are things she can fix. Also, cameras are not disclosed in description. 4 cameras are on porch. My wife stated great communication with owner and property manager. Wife didn't want to post review, as she adores the owner, but I had to give honest review.

Was nice location. Very convenient to town and attractions.

The house was perfect. We were close to everything that we wanted to see. Loved having the porches, I'm an early riser, so it was great to have a place to go while waiting for everyone to rise. Would definitely recommend for a family.

Directions were clear, cabin was clean, extremely close to everything including Dollywood. My only complaint would be there is only a bathroom in the rooms none outside of them but that’s just a building flaw. We loved everything about it and had a wonderful stay!

The cabin was beautiful and clean, location was PERFECT, and the owner was so easy to contact and very accommodating....My children absolutely loved the place and asked several times if we could just live there! Would definitely stay here again

The location was definitely fantastic but that's about all that thrilled me. It's not listed online anywhere but there's pages of rules taped to the fridge. We wanted to have a cousin over for dinner one night but that's an absolute no and knowing that would have changed me booking here. There was hardly any water pressure no matter where you were in the cabin. The foosball table was missing so many bolts that I wouldn't let our kids touch it because I didn't want to have to pay to replace it when it crumbled. The pool sticks were all missing the tips. We pulled out the sofa bed and it was covered in crumbs, hair, and dirt like it had been used but not washed. And the house itself was not clean. The ceiling fans were caked with dust, everywhere we touched dust clouds and spider webs were a part of it, and even dishes in the pantry were still covered in spaghetti when we pulled them out. The dust wouldn't have been a major issue if I didn't have a child that has severe allergies and spent our stay unable to breath properly and hacking a lung the whole trip. Bare minimum, I would highly suggest new cleaning people with the cleaning fees we pay.

Overall, we enjoyed the stay! Kids loved the rooms and the bear theme! Nice location, short drive to everything. Hot Tub and porches were really nice. Hot tub was cozy and warm. Took one star for cleanliness because i was trying to find an outlet for my charger by the master bedroom and the only option was a very dusty surge protector under the bed.

Our family had a wonderful time. We enjoyed the cabin entirely. The only thing i would say is it was a little cold. Kids buddled in blankets. Not bad at all. Everything was clean and easy. We would definitely consider booking this cabin again!

Throughly enjoyed our stay! The cabin is so spacious and filled with items to keep our boys occupied (pool table, arcade game, foosball table). The cabin was located close enough to run to the store for something, yet still quite enough to enjoy the mountains. We loved the mountain feel of the decor in the cabin as well. Highly recommend !

This cabin was perfect for our family getaway. The location was perfect and very close to town without the town noise and traffic. Doris was very responsive with communication prior to our arrival. I would highly recommend this cabin if you are considering a trip to Pigeon Forge.

The cabin was excellent. My grandchildren was able to play pool but the arcade and fuseball wasn't working. I would stay here again.Decorations was so pretty and cabin so clean. The kids really enjoyed it.

This cabin was exactly what we were hoping for! It was beautifully decorated for Christmas, it offered plenty of space for our group of 7 (including a 1 year old), and it was clean! We loved unwinding in the hot tub each night and you could tell it was well kept. The location is simply unbeatable - you feel like you’re in the mountains but parkway is only a few minutes away. One thing I failed to realize is that whoever sleeps in the loft will hear everything going on in the kitchen/living room area. Just keep that in mind if you have people in your group who like to sleep in. We’ve already decided that we would love to stay here again! Pigeon Forge is one of our favorite places to visit and we’re so glad we found an amazing cabin at such a good price!

A nice cabin, comfortable for a group of 4-6, close to all the action. We were there in December when it was nicely decorated for Christmas.

Beautiful cabin! Although in a little subdivision, the cabin is somewhat secluded with trees all around. Beautiful view of the mountains off the main deck. Appliances are up to date. The plaxe was spotless

It was a great experience and the cabin was centrally located for what we wanted to do.

Was relaxing and had all the amenities we needed for a short stay. The location was wonderful. The hot tub is small more of a 2 person size. The host is very responsive and helpful with any issue. The only thing we did not like is that the only way to access a bathroom was by entering a bedroom.

This cabin was comfortable and charming. The bear motif made the cabin very country. It was close to the Smokey Mountain car rides and the strip. We would definitely rent this cabin again.
