The key factors that went into our decision to rent this cabin for our weeklong stay were the overall size and layout, the number of beds, and the amenities such as the hot tub and pool table. The cabin provided us with room to spread out, relax in the living room, and enjoy our days there. However, the hot tub was seriously leaking on our arrival, notified the owner who got the handyman there quickly and did decrease the level of leakage. The master bedroom bed was extremely uncomfortable and noisy, waking us up whenever one of us turned over. The 2-queen bedroom had the same noisy mattress/springs issue, causing loud noises not only in that bedroom, but also annoying the boys trying to sleep in the nearby bunk room. If we had known the condition of these beds, we would not have chosen this cabin.Only 1 pool cue stick had a semblance of a tip left on it, making it difficult to use the table. The pool table was a big draw for us to choose this cabin, but it was a big disappointment.We found that cleanliness was an issue. All the decks were very dirty with wood chips and dirt everywhere, but no functioning vacuum cleaner or broom was provided, so clean ups were impossible.While the cabin size was excellent, due to these issues with the beds and other amenities, we would not rent this cabin in the future.

Our whole crew absolutely love this cabin no complaints whatsoever. Location was great. The cabin was huge with plenty of extra sleeping space. Also the kids love the gaming area upstairs and the swingset and play area outside with a playhouse. The adults enjoy being in a fire at the fire pit with all the chairs sitting around it and grilling with the provided grill. Each room is beautifully decorated with its own spacious bathroom. There’s two private balconies upstairs connected to the bedroom. I absolutely loved it with a swing. The jacuzzi was wonderful! There is also a huge jetted tub in the upstairs bathroom. The cabin was clean with plenty of toiletries, pans, pots dish, liquid the small things that you don’t need to worry about. I can’t wait to rent this cabin again with my family and make more memories.

This is a beautiful and ideal layout for our big family. But the overall cleanliness of the home and property is awful. So may things broken. Trash all over property. I would not recommend. This is definitely a property that is not getting invested back into. My family stayed here a couple years back and we found a couple things wrong but this time was enough we won’t be back.

We loved our stay! Will return for sure! Close to many attractions…but far enough to enjoy the quiet serenity of the mountains.

We had a great stay and Barbara was very responsive. House is in a great location for the Parkway and Dollywood.

I reached out to host which never returned my call. I also wrote to them about issues and a refund and they didn’t respond.Upon arrival, we found multiple drinking glasses that were visibly dirty and coated with a film, raising immediate concerns about the cleanliness of the property. In addition, three of the showers had malfunctioning showerheads and were barely functional.By the second day of our stay, the home had no hot water, requiring all guests to rely on the master bathroom. Eventually, that shower also ceased producing water entirely, leaving the household without a functional shower.

Overall very good, wifi did not work, king mattress in bedroom was terrible and kitchen was missing some necessities, but overall good place to stay

We enjoyed our stay. We did have a few things to mention. The shower curtain in the bathroom by the bunk beds was filthy and needs to be changed. The locks for all the bathrooms but master did not lock. The lock on main door is loose and could use some tightening. Everything else was great and we loved how spacious the place was. Pool sticks need updated.

The cabin was great for our weekend stay. Our first night, we saw a large bear in the front yard. We had a minor issue with the cable box in the living room but the host was right on it to try to fix the issue. It turned out that it was an issue with the box itself so the host treated us to pizza for the inconvenience and got a technician from the cable company out asap. We enjoyed the open layout of the cabin and spent most of our time in the great room playing pool together. The communication and service from the host was top notch.

Cute cabin, lots of kitchen amenities and living space. The patios were lovely. There weren't enough trash bags, and the water cut off in the middle of the night, but other than that, everything was great. Not a bad thing, but something to consider, the drive is mountainous, and the drive way is tight for larger vehicles, but not impossible.

Great place wish had more views but other than that great!!

This cabin was a great space for our family of 13. (Kids & grandkids) The location was a little farther out than I realized when booking with a very winding road, but only about 20 minutes from Pigeon Forge. The only reason I gave a 4 out of 5 for cleanliness was the furniture and rugs were pretty worn and needed replaced or a good cleaning. Overall, we'd recommend to anyone who needs a lot of space and wants to be fairly close to all of the attractions.

Great spot in the mountains! Our group included three families, and we loved the extra-long table for food and games. Plenty of seating and sleeping space. Fun game we played was guessing the number of wolf symbols in the house. There are a lot, but one person guessed exactly. We were greeted by a bear who gave us a lesson about leaving our car windows open with food in the vehicle. Once he enjoyed our box of Cheez-its, we peacefully coexisted :)

The cabin was great for a three generation family vacation! Two sets of grandparents, our adult children, and five grandchildren ages 7 to six months. Plenty of room for everyone. The Kids (even the adult ones) loved the arcade game - Pac Man and Donkey Kong are still hits. S’mores on the fire pit and swimming at the community pool were both favorites. Looking forward to coming back again!

Our family enjoyed the cabin amenities. Plenty of space! Air mattresses were a welcomed plus! The master bedroom king size bed could use a new mattress, but it was ok for a short stay.

First of all, the home was incredible! We absolutely loved the open floor plan. I have always hated when homes that sleep a zillion people only have seating in the living room and dining room for 6 people - that was not the case here! Ample room to get comfortable. I also want to share about how responsive the host was. When we got there we noticed that the hot tub looked dirty (they have hard water). I called the host, and they answered right away. They said they would send their cleaner over to take care of it. That made me pleasantly surprised, and what made us even more impressed is that the team of cleaners showed up within 30 minutes! They completely drained the hot tub, scoured it clean, and had it pristine, ready to use that night. It was incredible! Thank you so much for an amazing stay!

We enjoyed our stay! Kitchen was great, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. Loved the porch swings and the property was quiet even with other cabins close by. We enjoyed the pool table and arcade. The littles had fun on the “playground”. Wish it wasn’t so hot so we could have tried the fire out and hot tub. Thank you for helping us make family memories!

The cabin is huge and offered a lot of room for my group. It is well equipped with all of your kitchen needs and a lot of linens. The beds were not very comfortable but they were clean and plenty of beds for everyone. Property management was extremely responsive and very helpful. It’s a wooden cabin in the mountains after all so it did have some of the things that go along with a rental cabin but for the most part it was a lovely property.

Very nice property. Quite neighborhood. Really enjoyed the stay.

We all had a great time in the cabin. The roads getting to it were all nice and I really appreciated the concrete driveway! We did have a couple of questions during our stay but they were answered quickly and the owner arranged for extra trash pickup when we needed it. The living area was more than enough room for our party of 10 adults and 2 babies. We would definitely stay again!

Plenty of room and activities for us girls, we loved the pool table, card table, and hot tub. The fire place and Christmas decorations made it so festive for our weekend away to Christmas shop for our families! We highly recommend this listing!!

Beautiful cabin with lots to do in the area. Communication with owner was great. So glad we stayed here!

Not impressed with the location. The beds were horrible. Needs updating. Jacuzzi is in need of repair. Lighting in the bathrooms was not good. Couldn’t use the fire pit for the sewage smell.

This property fit all Seven of us with so much more room. Everyone had their own bathroom which was fantastic. Pretty well stocked kitchen, definitely need your own spices/seasonings if you’re planning on cooking. Check and out was the easiest I’ve ever done. We loved it! If ever back in the area would book again. Also saw three bears!! Enjoyed the fire pit and jacuzzi very relaxing.
