Cute & Cozy Dog Friendly 2BD 1BA w/Mountain View's

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy cabin — it met our needs perfectly and felt warm, comfortable, and relaxing. We really appreciated the early check-in, which gave us extra time to settle in and enjoy our trip. The view from the master bedroom was absolutely beautiful and made our stay even more special. We’d happily return and highly recommend it!

The cottage itself is lovely and the host is really friendly. The reason I am giving this 3 stars is because the remote for the sound system was missing, so we could not adjust the volume of the TV, and the default volume was very loud. We had two children on the trip with us, one of which who was not feeling that well. We needed the TV when we were home, so this actually caused us to leave the trip one day early. This issue needs to be resolved for all future guests, but it was a nice stay otherwise.

The unobstructed view of the mountains at the back of the house is beautiful. Location wasn’t bad, 20-30 min drive to/from Summit with traffics, 10-15 without. Host provided as much as space allowed. The only bathroom is downstairs so middle of the night runs are a challenge, esp for little ones. There are beds for 5+ people but not enough space in the main (and only) room to sit together, other than the floor—to hang out or to eat. All in all, an old place with minimal updates. The outlet behind the bed was falling out of the wall. Definitely dangerous, not to mention a fire hazard. The pictures are deceiving and the place is very overpriced, even for the holidays.

The cabin felt like home away from home. My family absolutely enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Big Bear.

No binoculars, no bonfires, but Pet friendly

Property was cute and a decent size, but it definitely had its downsides which were very disappointing. Telescope did not work, shower was clogged and I had to fix the issue myself. The host said he’d reimburse me the money I spent on buying the supplies to unclog the shower drain, but kept ignoring my messages about the reimbursement. Stay was overall okay, but definitely had some inconveniences.

We love the place, we can see the mountains from the bedroom, thank you so much.

The wife and I felt that the whole cabin was cozy and comfortable specially the beds. Big plus''. the only negative thing we can think of is the cabin is small. we felt the kitchen was small and the bed rooms where craped. But cozy enough for two people. the back yard was exhalent and well kept, no dog poop left on ground and fire pit was prefect. I would say this place is made for the young snow boarders who just need a place to sleep and plan to buy their meals in town. As for someone like my wife and I who are just looking to Rest and relax the day away.

This was an absolute gem! So cozy and perfect for two couples! Super dog friendly with a big backyard too. Loved the fireplace inside and the kitchen was well stocked. It was clean and the beds were comfy. Shower got hot quick! About 10 minutes from the mountain for snowboarding. Host was super accommodating and quick to answer. 10/10 recommend and will stay again!!!

Great stay we loved it the beds were comfy, had all the kitchen utensils and pots we needed to cook. The heater worked great and we love the mountain view from upstairs.

This place is as cozy and cute as advertised. We had a beautiful stay, it’s spacious and comes with everything you need. It’s pretty close to the Village, the yard is perfect for dogs, stores are close, etc. We would love to stay here again! We had such a wonderful time here!

The whole house was cute, cozy, clean and neat. The backyard was very cute as well. Love Alexa for lights and music. Beautiful view!!! Nice quiet neighborhood. Heater worked great. Plenty of blankets and hot water. In addition, loved that this house is Pet Friendly. Made my mind up to rent this house mainly cuz it was cute n cozy but because I could bring my pet.

It was a cozy and clean home! Definitely want to go back, nice neighborhood, quiet, for a really relax weekend. Big Bear village is like 10 to 15 minutes. Love the place. Recommend for families too! With a beautiful view to the mountains on the main room, with a nice patio!

This cabin was the perfect fit for my partner, dog, and I. We loved having an enclosed backyard where our pup could walk around freely with no worries. The family room was cozy and the kitchen had everything we needed to make dinner every night. We enjoyed the addition of the Alexa feature where we could turn the backyard lights on and off and listen to music whenever we wanted. The entire place was very clean and cozy. Overall, this place was great and we will try to book again in the future.

Our family booked a night for New Years and we couldnt have been any happier with our stay. Quiet neighborhood, short drive to Big Bear Lake, cozy, powerful heater, roomy, plenty of linens, host very friendly & easy to reach, awesome backyard with telescope and view of mountains. Definitely recommend and will book again.
