My husband and I stayed here for a weekend with our dog and it was perfect! Such a cute and cozy cabin. The cabin is well stocked with all the essentials. Plenty of firewood which was great because we loved using the wood burning stove. It got so toasty! If youre looking for a little getaway, i highly recommend this stay. Thank you Dan and Angela, for very communicative and friendly hosts, as well.

This cabin is absolutely beautiful—spotless, peaceful, and one of the cleanest we’ve ever stayed in. We loved the porch, the fire pit, and the quiet, wooded setting. However, the hot tub had a broken part that hadn’t been caught before our arrival. Not knowing the risk, I used it and ended up in a life-threatening situation when I was pulled under by suction and couldn’t surface. The touchscreen doesn’t respond when wet, and it took longer than it should have for my husband to shut it off because of the water. If he hadn’t been outside, I may not have made it out. I suffered injuries that are still lingering, with severe bruising and pain a week later. Please—never enter a hot tub without checking for missing or broken suction covers, and never leave anyone alone in one. This happened on my 50th birthday, and I came very close to not seeing another day.

My partner and I enjoyed our weekend stay here! It was a much needed getaway from the city where we live. We really enjoyed sitting around the fire, spending time in the hot tub, and using the charcoal grill! During the rainy evenings, we had a great time watching movies on the couch and talking all night. However, we were disappointed in the overall lack of communication from the hosts. The only communication received directly from them was a very useful packet of information a few weeks prior to our arrival, but other than that there was no follow up or check ins from them (only Expedia asking us to rate our stay so far) to be sure all was well. Further, when we arrived at the cabin the power and phones were out due to some severe storms rolling through the area. This itself was too much of an issue, but the lack of contact from the hosts, either prior to this event alerting us to the potential for power outage (as most power companies nowadays do alert their customers to outages in the area) and, or after this event to be sure all was well, we found very frustrating in comparison to other hosts we have used before. All in all, we had a very great stay and would certainly be back now that we know what to expect!

We had two wonderful nights at this cabin. We wish we would have planned for more nights here... We will be definitely keeping this place in mind if we will be in the area. It is remote enough, quiet and very relaxing. Well maintained property! The location was excellent for hikes and scenic drives around Tellico Plains. The amount of information we received, especially about the area, from the hosts was greatly appreciated!

We were thrilled to find amenities and spices and the washing machine and dryer. The place was so cozy and very peaceful.. we unfortunately did not use the hottub. We ate all our meals there, did not have to go out. We will love to come again … a great get away Thank you

The cabin was very cozy, quaint and clean. One of the best fire pit areas we have seen. We also loved the remote location and all the laurel thickets in the area. There are houses near, but it isn’t like pigeon forge where you have 50 people within 100 ft of you! Definitely for nature lovers and people wanting to get away from everything and not afraid of gravel roads. We loved it.

We absolutely loved it! it was perfect for a couples get away. We have stayed at many cabins and this one has been perfect! We will definitely be back. So peaceful , fire pit is amazing , and the hot tub. Everything could not have been more perfect close to a beautiful waterfall. And beautiful scenery. Way better than the hustle and bustle in some places we have been. Loved the atmosphere and country setting .

Host responded quickly when we asked to move the date. Cabin was very clean, smelled great and had everything we needed for our stay. It’s a good drive off the beaten path, but directions were clear and the area clearly marked. It was quiet and secluded but there were houses around so we didn’t feel isolated. Everything was decorated seasonally and exactly as pictured. Highly recommend Cupids Cabin.

Inside was awesome, cozy, just what we needed. Hot tub was low in water, we added some, and little bit cloudy. Deck wood was coming up in places and looked very old. Solar lights around the cozy fire pit were muddy and not working. Overall, the stay was great. Just a few above little issues, but nothing we didn’t worry about. Oh, and the gravel drive to the cabin was a bit treacherous in a couple spots, definitely need 4-wheel drive. Very secluded. Was a great time.

Cute, cozy cabin deep into the woods. Very quiet area. This is truly a get-away and a chance to slow down. We stayed with our dog and had a great time. We had a little trouble with connectivity -- the TV and wifi weren't always reliable but we had other plans of hiking and exploring the area, so it wasn't too much of a problem. Everything was clean and cozy. Would recommend for a couple or single adventurer.

The property turned out to be just as described in the listing. The host has furnished the kitchen very well and the overall condition of the cabin is very clean and well maintained. The sleeping quarters are a little cramped, but comfortable. I appreciated the provided firewood so we could enjoy the fire pit in the evenings. Overall, a very nice experience in a quiet secluded area. Lots to do in the area. Note - it stormed and rained hard the night before our departure date and we had no issue crossing the creek with our Outback.

We're both 70 years old. We've had a lot of experience. Cupid's Cove rates a 10 out of a 10. Getting there! Peaceful surroundings. Huge, age-old trees. Cozy cabin. Well stocked. The Fire Ring is the highlight. Close to cabin. Good lighting outside. These old folks are so, so pleased! Communication with Dan and Angela was great. Late October has to be the best. If we had 4-wheel drive, a stay in the winter would be so, so warm and secluded and cozy. Michael & Catherine, London OH
