We really loved staying here! Quiet area and close to the park! We will book here again

Loved this property. Cozy quiet! Only issues which I let the property know out of 8 lights in living room only 3 worked. Just several lights were out and we could not reach them to changed due to high ceilings. There is a weird smell as you enter cabin so we got candles and spray I figured it’s from all the wood in the house. Besides all that no deal breakers it was awesome! No grocery store close so bring groceries or drive 30 minutes.

This was a great property. The cabin was clean and had all the comforts of home, and was conveniently located close to Crater of Diamonds Park. We called the hosts to let them know we wouldn’t be arriving until around 9PM and they were kind enough to turn on the porch light for us. We would definitely stay here again.

ReviewWould recommend with some heads up. Cabin was clean, private, and comfortable with lots of space inside and especially outside for my two young ones to run around and play. It’s private, quiet and DARK. We got in late and wish a porch light had been left on because it’s pitch black. The ceiling fans in each room were great. We didn’t turn on the jets but the deep tub was great for small kids. The queen size beds are more like full size and the air mattress that makes the cabin sleep 6 was chucked on the closet floor with a manual pump. We didn’t deal with it and made other arrangements. The basic soaps mentioned was a hotel soap bar, there was no dish sponge and only half a roll of paper towels provided. The floor has a slight tackiness though like it’s only ever cleaned with a swiffer. The walking trail that is mentioned was also closed and looked like it has been for some time so that was disappointing. Overall the cabin served its purpose and was a comfortable place to stay for one day and two nights. I’m glad the stay wasn’t longer though.

Perfect secluded location with plenty everything you need to relax.

Cabin was very clean and described on site accurately. In a quiet and peaceful location but not too far out for an errand. Only thing, there was no wifi password provided. I messaged owner and that was easily taken care of.

We enjoyed our stay at the cabin - everything was provided and the cabin was very clean. The only hiccups we had were directions to use the cable weren't very clear and cell reception in the area is iffy. But, we were really there to enjoy the scenery and family time so these were minor inconveniences. The Host was very responsive and we would recommend a stay at the cabin.

Listing said cabin would sleep 12. There are 2 full size beds. The property owner told after we were checked in that the hide a bed in the sofa was unusable and we found out that the 2 blow up mattresses had holes in them. I was told that i could check out if i didn't like it. I would have checked out if there was anything else available in town. Had to drive 18 miles to nearest town to purchase my own blow up mattresses. Will never stay with this person again.

An absolute perfect place to stay. Everything you need is there for a great stay. The only thing I would do is a set of stairs off the back deck for easier access to fire pit an grill.

The property was in a nice location, not too far from town if you need anything. It did have some missing light bulbs (burnt out), which could be easily fixed. It would be nice to have an awning over the back deck. It had excellent WiFi, which was confusing via the communication we had with the property manager. So, if you’re reading this review, please know it’s great!
