Cropwell Cabin w/ Fire Pit, Near Logan Martin Lake

This was an amazing cabin. It was well stocked and super clean. We loved the ambiance of the cabin, and it was exactly as pictured. The hosts were excellent and you can tell by the way the cabin was decorated that they took extra care with the added touches. We would definitely stay at this cabin again!

Lisa was great and answered questions promptly. She also agreed to help us out when a shipment didn’t arrive prior to our departure.

Place was very clean, cozy, and private. Close to lake and parks. Had a great stay ! Will definitely book again!

The cabin was lovely, and the location peaceful and quiet. Especially loved the large yard and the screen porch. The host responded within minutes whenever there was a question. Would absolutely stay there again. Kitchen well stocked with utensils, bring your own condiments, spices, creamer and Kleenex. Really fantastic property

Their laundry and kitchen appliances were all very nice newer models and the cabin was very well stocked. Nice TVs in each room and the living room and some nice touches like lights around the covered porch area and firewood ready to go out back.

Property was great outside! Wooded and private, the fire pit and screened porch were enjoyable. A few tears in the screens, but no bug issues on the porch. Inside seemed to stay damp even with a/c and fans running constantly, and even after washing, the towels didn’t really smell clean. Sliding bathroom doors have huge gaps, so everyone inside can hear you peeing or whatever else. I found some black mold inside the coffee pot water reservoir so cleaned it. Dryer had huge pile of lint in trap before we used it, so cleaned it. The last morning I killed a baby roach on the kitchen counter even though we kept all our food sealed and pest control was there just before we arrived. The wood floors felt dirty, so I dry swiffered them and two dry pads were completely black.A couple dog toys were found under the furniture left by someone else. One outlet by toaster not working but kitchen and cleaning products were well stocked. Beds were nicely made, decorated in a cute way fitting of a cabin. Space for 7 to sleep comfortably and ample seating on porch and dining area. Nice appliances. Front porch light would not stay on.

THIS PLACE WAS JUST RIGHT FOR MY HUSBAND AND I . IT WAS EASY TO FIND, QUITE, GREAT PLACE TO SPEND OUR 25TH ANNIVERSARY . WE PLAN ON STAYING AGAIN IN THE FUTURE.

Lovely cabin in the woods. Enjoyed our stay and it provided a nice, comfortable venue for our 4 day visit to Alabama. Porch was a great place to sit and visit.

I always enjoy staying at VBRO properties, and this one is no exception. The house/cabin is charming. The property was extremely clean inside and out, and the furniture and beds were comfortable. The location is tranquil. The yard is not completely fenced, but that was not a problem. The yard is enormous, and it is not on a main road. There are no neighbors in sight, making the location very private. There is a Publix about 12 minutes away at Pell City, making stocking the fridge very convenient. Without hesitation, I will try to book this property again when I'm in the area.

Peaceful, cozy cabin with everything needed for your stay. Woodsy setting for observing nature…birdwatching, lightning bugs, and a great view of the stars at night. Screened in porch is a great place for that morning cup of coffee while listening to songbirds’ serenade you. The front porch is also relaxing-whether swinging or rocking on the rocking chairs. Such a lovely place with helpful and responsive hosts!
