It’s a nice little cabin in a great location. The view out the back deck is outstanding. Everything we needed was included, communication was clear and complete and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend.

Our family stayed in the Creekside Retreat late Jan. 26. It was comfortable, clean, neat, and was well stocked. Communication with management was polite and with immediate responses as we tried to figure out a few things after arrival. We really appreciated the peaceful neighborhood location and enjoyed a quiet walk both on the street and on the trail along the creek below the home. Everything in the home was in good working order. Even with the 4 inches of snow and 20 degrees outside we were warm and comfortable. We always felt safe and secure in or outside the home. The deck and chairs were a bonus with the snow allowing us to enjoy the outside space and take in the beautiful view. Pine-top and Lakeside were much bigger towns than I expected. Groceries, coffee, restaurants, shops, walking trails were all very close to the home. After an easy check-out we drove the 30 minutes to the nearby ski lodge. Yes, we would choose to stay here again if it is available for future dates. Thank you, host for providing us with a comfortable place to make memories and enjoy family time.

We had a lovely stay. The home is impeccably clean and comfortable. The location is central and no more rhan 10 minutes to any of the shops and restaurants. The back porch was even more beautiful and peaceful than in the pictures.

Kitchen has everything you need. The back patio and the close hiking path was a treat. Only issue we had was the front lock(hard to open). I recommend this as a really good place to stay.

When you are mandated to pay for possible damage to the property at the time of booking (insurance or a large sum to be held) you'd expect the house to be in pristine condition when you arrive. That is not the case here so that was pretty disappointing. There is damaged floor tile, window coverings, cheap or not grout repair, a shower that looked pretty rough. There is a difference between run-down and rustic. This place is run-down.The toaster only works 1/2 the elements and the bottom tray does not lock. Apparently we had a bear come through so I got to pick up trash from someone else's stay. Get a bear proof can or empty the can after each guests stay. The house looks like 10 different people got together to design it and furnish it and none of them talked to each other. The inside is cramped with random furniture that does not look good. There is a step-down for the master bedroom that is about a 6 or 8 drop. No light or markings to highlight the step. Someone will break an ankle on that one if they haven't already. The step-down going to the back patio is pretty tall too. That being said... the back patio was the highlight and we enjoyed sitting back there for evening drinks and morning coffee while watching the rain. The kitchen is well stocked (actually over stocked). There is a fire pit and fireplace but you need to bring a axe or hatchet if you plan to cut wood. The communication was good. The wi-fi worked well. The location is close to town.

Creekside cabin was perfect for me and my wife. Very cozy and the cabin had everything we needed. The outside deck in the back overlooking the creek and pine trees was an amazing view! Communication with the host was 10/10! We'll definitely stay again!

The location of this property was great however, the house was completely overcrowded with furniture and had tons of spiders. My son saw a spider by his bed and in the meantime of getting me and going back we couldn’t find it. Therefore, he would not sleep. There were spiders in every room, in the rafters, in the bathroom and so on.

I enjoyed my stay. It started snowing the day I arrived and temperatures were in the mid 20*s at night. I was expecting a more pleasant weather for Easter Sunday. The cabin has a wood burning fireplace that keeps the main room comfortable, but the bedrooms were considerably cooler. There’s a hiking trail that follows Billy creek with many beautiful views of the creek and countryside. I would recommend you stay through the warmer months after the plants leaf out and everything is green.

The property was amazing. Billy creek was just right in the back with just a short 3 min walk. House was fairly clean, heat was great, along with all of the other amenities. The property manager was great at responding through via text and call. Fire place was also great.

The cabin is as pictured and described. The outdoor patio and fire pit are comfortable and enjoyable. Inside is a bit cluttered as others have mentioned. Communications were answered promptly. There were mice inside but I suppose that is usual in the woods.

We enjoyed our recent visit to Pinetop, AZ, and stay in the Creekside Cabin. The cabin sits in a tranquil and friendly neighborhood. The yard has been carefully maintained with native trees and plants. We found the cabin to be very clean and accommodating. The open plan living-dining and kitchen area was comfortable; we enjoyed the wood-burning fireplace each morning to take the chill away. The bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and spacious. The kitchen was well appointed and stocked for our every need. The covered deck was amazing and we enjoyed the fair weather every day we were there. The overlook to Billy Creek below was wonderful as was the walk along the creek. We certainly look forward to our next visit! Thank you to the host/manager and owners!

My partner and I had the best weekend in Pinetop at this lovely home. It’s in a great neighborhood, right in the middle of town. We used the outdoor grill and fire pit, and loved sitting on the back porch. We will definitely be back.

We were not given the correct phone number on the paperwork we received, and the information in the house had the same phone number. So when we had two leaks during a storm, we were unable to reach the manager. It was finally rectified when we saw the neighbor on the right and she called the owner. Turns out it was an old phone number out of service. The house is very dark and overcrowded with furniture, and the single beds were very uncomfortable. We had a wonderful time enjoying the area in spite of this.
