Creekside Berkeley Springs Cabin on 35 Acres!

Hosts were super responsive. Cabin was excellent, clean and ready to host. Can’t wait to come back.

Immaculate and welcoming home set in a beautiful wood-surrounded setting. It had all of the ammentaties and everything was in great working condition. Hosts were accessible and accommodating. I would definitely come again to have the opportunity to enjoying the surroundings more. Snow, ice, and cold temperatures kept us mostly indoors. We enjoyed the daily visits from the pea hen and watching the deer meander through the trees. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Pat is an awesome and friendly host…The house is really cozy, beautiful. The living room were my family met all day long, you don’t want to leave that fireplace!!! We played all kind of board games, watched movies and shared wonderful memories!!!I will come again… We also had a wonderful peahen that kept us company…. My son were so amused!!!Pat also left us some s'more's so at night we did a stayed outside, drink and laughed!!!Thanks Pat and Bill

Our stay was perfect, the town is amazing. The prpoerty was located in the most peacful area. The only thing we have a complaint about was that is the big house curtains/ blinds in the loft would be great to give the option of privacy during the evening if others are renting on site. But other then that we will be back for future stays...

Beautiful, clean, comfortable cabin close to Berkeley Springs. The owners were terrific and very responsive.

The cabin was perfect for a peaceful getaway. Beautifully appointed with every convenience, even squirrels playing on the deck and a family of deer to greet us in the back yard. Pat, one of the hosts, drove over to welcome us and make sure we felt at home. ALMOST HEAVEN certainly describes this fabulous property. Thanks for allowing us to share it…even if it was for just a short time.

Delightful property, perfect for our family weekend. We made good use of the well-stocked kitchen and beautiful outdoor patio setting, and slept well in the quiet location.

Comfortable house with wonderful deck/porches for enjoying this woodsy retreat! Well equipped kitchen, cozy living area with gas fireplace, plus outdoor fire pit.

We love the Berkeley Springs area and this location was perfect. Just 10 minutes from BS and 20 minutes from Cacapon State Park, but the best part is the lovely creek on the property. Our grandkids enjoyed finding crayfish and floating down the creek. The home itself has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Patty was a gracious host and offered suggestions on things to do as well as providing tubes for floating on the creek and the fixings for s'mores. The house is well maintained and and the AC was great on these hot days.

Everything about our 1 week stay with our 5 children was wonderful! The hosts were very kind and helpful.
