Stayed Aug 3, 2023All was just fine EXXXXCEPT the Wi-Fi didn’t work properly. In order to call, text, or do anything online you had to go outside a little ways. Wasn’t the end of the world, but made things a little difficult to coordinate with people. No Wi-Fi for the kids, END OF THE WORLD😂 All in all nice,& quiet

Stayed Aug 12, 2022Communication prior to arrival was quick and efficient. Directions were provided well. Owner greeted us at check in. The location of the cabin is nice. Good ocean view. It is quite a walk down to the actual beach though. The cabin was fine for what we needed, a place to sleep after exploring Homer and The Kenai peninsula. It had the very bare necessities ( ie bring anything you’d need). The windows do not open , except in the loft and the bathroom. The cabin had a very odd smell which was unpleasant and did not go away during our stay. You are provided with only 4 of everything ( towels, washcloths, coffee filters, coffee cups, etc). No extras. Over all- this place was adequate but nothing extra special but the view. It was clean, safe and had a great view. Owner seemed fine- very little interaction with him.
