I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have been going up to Gunnison/Almont are for over 40 years now. I have stayed at several different places but enjoy Three rivers the most. The cabins are roomy, always clean and supply every we need for our stay. Location is amazing, Gunnison is not that far for supplies/groceries. There are a lot of other places in Gunnison that are cheaper but for the price and location you just can't beat it....

Stayed Aug 11, 2025Sweet spot near the rivers, they run them raft trips, which is highly recommended. The place is well run had a good time.

Reviewer Comments: This cabin was exactly what I expected - I love when I travel having a full kitchen and a private deck - Will 100% stay here agin next time I am in town. coffe bar was great - service was great - the cabins are SPOTLESSSSS!!!!!!!!Staff is helpful and friendly. Bar and smokehouse service is wonderful and food is great. PS Take the walk up the hill at night!

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Staff is excellent, nice restaurant and store. The main bed is awful, the blinds do not block light so the neighbors porch light illuminates the room all night. The window is directly above the bed and a mirrored closet doors are directly across from the window, making it even brighter. The twin beds aren’t as bad but they’re in the loft with a 4 ft clearance, good for kids. The sink in the bathroom clogs, which is gross. Lastly, you’re basically in an rv park, there’s no river near these. Definitely wouldn’t go back.

Coming first to Taylor lake as a kid and now Three River where I’ve landed for the past 15 years.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It is just alright, nothing to write home about or be compelled to come back to. Cabins in a parking lot mixed with trailer park. Obviously river units would be better. If your fishing you have about 20 yards of river you're allowed to fish.

The boys stayed up in the loft, plenty of room and storage! We loved the cute covered porch! Walking distance to the bar, grill, and water! We will be back!
