Cozy Studio in Black Forest

It was such a nice cozy space and great jumping point for so many areas…Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods, 7 waterfalls, etc.

Quaint cabin. Well located to Co Springs and parks. Living area and bathroom were clean, but pizza box with scraps was left in the oven, old coffee grounds left in coffee maker and no toilet paper.

Loved the cozy little cabin! Perfect for part of our honeymoon!

We loved our stay at the cozy cabin. It was well appointed and perfect for two nights of a getaway in Colorado Springs.

We enjoyed the privacy that we had. And that we could park next to our cabin.

The cabin was adorable! Little tight space wise - maybe a smaller chair could be in front of the closet and bathroom door to allow a little more walking / moving room. Loved the sky light in the bathroom to bring more light in.

Me and my husband enjoyed the small little cabin, but had trouble keeping it at a consistent temperature due to having a baseboard heater and a portable wall ac. The temp fluctuates alot, and they dont mention that the washer and dryer are attached to your cabin and you have to go outside to go into it. Also they didnt mention that the laundry area is for anyone who is staying in these cabins. We heard laundry going alot of the time we were there. Other then these things we were no aware of before coming to the cabin it was an amazing stay.

It was just great!! loved everything about it wish we could have stayed longer. kitchen fully stocked with all the spices and appliances, coffee and filters bathroom toiletries as well it was wonderful

Deborah is very accommodating. Her team provide great accommodations at all of their rentals. We have stayed at more than one of their places and have only good things to say about our experiences. Thanks for providing such a great air B&B for our many trips to Colorado Springs!

We had an amazing stay at the cabin. Everything is just how it's listed on VRBO. It's close to several attractions and places to hike. The wifi worked great and we were even able to stream some of our shows in the evening. We asked for extra towels one day and they got them to us in a timely manner. We spotted deer in the front lawn a few evenings when we came back to the cabin. The bed is very comfortable also. Can't wait to come back!

This little cabin was perfect for me and my husband. Had everything we needed and was cute and clean. Just outside of town, but a short drive to all of the places we wanted to go.

We have stayed on Deb's properties on several occasions. Her attention to detail and ability to create a perfect atmosphere to enjoy the Colorado landscape is amazing. She is quick to respond and very easy to work with. While we had to cancel our stay last minute due to a medical emergency Deb was very understanding and beyond fair with with. THANK YOU DEB! :). We look forward to staying again in the future.

This one of the Best Kept Secrets in Colorado Springs! Easy check in, Super clean, Beautiful area tucked up in the Black Forest. Its always a great surprise to find these best kept secrets. We definitely will be back.

This is a very comfortable cabin. It is small but much better than a hotel room. It was a good get-away spot.
