This elegant and luxurious home is very spacious and provides all the comforts you’ll need to have an amazing cabin retreat with your family in the highly sought after Tahoe Vista and Lake Tahoe Community, just minutes from the sandy shores of North Lake Tahoe and the private beach access.

The house has no neighbors behind it as it backs up to park land and there are walking trails that take you to a spectacular grove of cedar trees and the North Tahoe Regional park featuring a children's play area, cross country skiing & snowshoeing, sledding & snowmobiling, tennis and pickle-ball courts, treetop adventure course, hiking & bike trails, a disc golf course, all weather soccer and lacrosse field, and more. This property is also a short drive to Northstar Ski Resort.

Enjoy the beautiful mountain ambience of this well-appointed home with an open floor plan, huge windows that let the forest in the living room and two separate living areas, great for big families. As you walk in the front door of this home you are greeted with a very warm and inviting living room with a wood burning fireplace, comfy couch and open kitchen area.

The upgraded kitchen contains stainless steel appliances, a brand new refrigerator, coffee bar and is fully equipped so you can prepare delicious homemade meals. There is a stainless steel Wolf range, microwave, dishwasher, stainless steel sink and granite countertops. When it’s time to dine, the dining area seats 10 including the spacious dining room table and 4 seats the breakfast bar. The forest-view deck provides a gas grill, outdoor table with umbrella and 6 cushioned chairs to relax and enjoy the outdoors in and a built-in bench.

One of my favorite features about this beautiful home is the second family room area in the upstairs of this home as it provides a 2nd space for either kids to have their own space or a great place to relax on the large sectional and watch a movie while enjoying the ambiance of the gas fireplace. This upstairs family room has fun family games to play from Chess on the chess table, Yahtzee, cards, Monopoly, Guess Who, Candy Land, Blank Slate and others. There is also a mini split heater and air conditioning system located in this upstairs family room to keep you cool in the summers and warm and cozy in the winters. There is also a spacious desk for those that need a quiet place to get some work done while away and a second couch with a pull out bed.

This two-story home sleeps 12 adults + kids (under the age of 13) between 4 bedrooms which includes 6 beds plus one couch in the upstairs family room that pulls out to a full bed:

1. Master bedroom is downstairs to the left side of the house in the newly added addition to the house. This master bedroom offers a king-size bed, gas fireplace, mini-split heating and AC system, huge walk in shower with multiple shower heads, a flat-screen TV with local cable and streaming options. This room has large windows to take in the open green-space behind the house and the gorgeous forest view. There is also a backdoor that will take you out to the backyard to relax in the hottub in the morning while enjoying a cup of coffee.

2. On the first floor of the house, off the kitchen area there is another bedroom with a queen bed, spacious closet area, TV with cable and streaming options with a door to the full bathroom with a walk in shower located downstairs.

3. Bedroom 3 is located upstairs above the main family room area and includes 2 Queen beds, walk-in closet, dresser and TV with cable channels.

4. Bedroom 4 is also located upstairs with 2 queen beds with a private door that takes you out to the upstairs front porch area.

There is a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo located upstairs between bedroom 3 & 4.

5. In the upstairs family room area there is a pull out couch that has an additional full bedroom, perfect area for kids to sleep.

Extra perks include fast Wi-Fi, 3 fireplaces, one of which is a wood burning fireplace and a washer/dryer. There is a circular driveway and additional parking space for plenty of parking at the house.

Like most homes in Tahoe, this home does not have full air conditioning, however it does has partial air conditioning as there are 3 Mini Split units in the house. those 3 units are located in the following areas:

1) One in the downstairs master bedroom

2) One in the upstairs family room

3) One in the stairwell leading up to the upstairs family room.

For the rooms with no air conditioning, there are fans in the house to cool you down on those warm summer nights.

    This was a great property for our family. Plenty of space with the two living rooms and four bedrooms. The location was great! Very close to King’s Beach, shops, and grocery stores. I would recommend this property and the host.

    We very much enjoyed our stay at this home in Tahoe Vista! The location is excellent-about 5 minute drive to the beach and Safeway. And after touring the whole lake, we were glad we chose the north lake area- It is has a more small-town feel than the bustling high rise casinos at the south end. Just a short walk through the backyard brought us to a big regional park where our grown kids played disc golf and our grandchildren had fun at a nice playground!The house had plenty of room for all 8 of us, although the downstairs queen bedroom is quite small. We made it work by unpacking suitcases into the closet and then removing them from the bedroom. There’s a very nice grill and large hot tub that we enjoyed. Parking is very convenient with a circular driveway-plenty of room for our 3 cars. Kitchen was well-stocked and was easy to prepare food in. Pay attention to the home’s description if you plan on a summer trip: There is only a/c in the downstairs king bedroom and the family room above it. The rest of the house does not have a/c. The other 3 bedrooms were quite hot at night, even with windows open (the beds block most of the windows).I can’t say enough good things about the hosts. Scott was very quick to answer questions and address any small issues we had. He went above and beyond to get us extra fans for the bedrooms-same day service! We appreciated his friendly and generous help when needed.

    We enjoyed the house and location very much. It is close to King’s Beach and Incline Village. The house is comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. The 2nd master bedroom is a bit small but the bed is large and comfortable.

    Our family enjoyed our stay. Great location. Just behind the cabin was the treetop adventure park, Close to a grocery store, restaurants, some of the best ice cream shops, and the lake/beach! Quick drive to incline village to view the beautiful scenery there and walk the trails. Cabin was comfortable for our family. Enjoyed the AC in the house!!!
