The cabin has a bathroom, spacious kitchen and cozy living room. The screened porch is amazing for nighttime gatherings. The Bunk House has the 3rd bedroom and the 2nd bathroom. The bedroom has a King bed. The bathroom with a vintage metal shower takes you back in time. It also has a small living room area.

The lakeside firepit patio is great for watching boats go by and making that perfect s'more. The beach area with kayaks and sand toys is a fun spot for the kids. Roy Lake is one of the most sought after lakes on the Gull Lake Chain with its clear water and sandy bottom.
