Stayed Jul 30, 2025We had a wonderful stay.Alessandro was very polite and friendly.Made sure we had everything we needed.The apprtment is located in a good location,maybe 10-15min to the center by foot.It was very clean and we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay.We loved Bologna.We definitely recommend it.

Stayed Apr 14, 2025We arrived early and the owner allowed us to check in early. We used only the one bedroom. The apartment is spacious. The bed is comfortable. The kitchen is very nice. The bathroom is a little tight, but clean and bright. The shower is small, but it was OK for us. The apartment is located relatively close to the train station. We took a cab, but the walk is less than 20 minutes. The apartment is just off a main street. Coffee shop across the street, many places to eat within a block or two, a major park two blocks away, and multiple grocery stores within a ten minute walk. Most tourist sites are within 20 walking. Morning pick ups for our tours were within 15 walking. This is a great place as a base for exploring Bologna.

Stayed Feb 1, 2025Overall, I am extremely satisfied with our stay and how Alessandro handled the whole process. The property is more than affordable and allows amazing access to anything within the historic district while comfortably sleeping 5. We were provided coffee, drinks, snacks, and fresh towels/shampoos upon our arrival and had easy access to the host through WhatsApp. I highly recommend checking out this property if you plan to visit Bologna!
