Very cozy cabin. Fully stocked with all the amenities. Beds were comfortable, showers were hot with great pressure. Loved the view. The decor and the reading nook was quite charming. Communication from host was very pleasant and informative. Highly recommend.

We were celebrating our 1 year marriage anniversary and the hosts took their time to make our trip extra special with a thoughtful gift when we arrived. The property was clean and quiet. We will definitely keep this cabin in mind if we return to Blue Ridge!

The cabin is clean, cozy, and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. The beds are very comfortable, and there are plenty of extra blankets if needed. The back deck with the porch swing and rocking chairs is the place to be for morning coffee and afternoon cocktails while enjoying the beautiful view. The hot tub is an added bonus. The hosts are extremely helpful and responsive. Our stay at Chinook Cabin was pleasant and relaxing, and we will be back! Thanks Carrie and Chris!

We had an amazing stay at this cabin! It was clean, cozy, and the perfect peaceful getaway for the weekend. The location was great for exploring the mountains and nearby trails, and we loved being able to bring our dog along. Everything felt welcoming and well taken care of. Really don’t know how to start but here it goes…. This place is AWESOME !!!! I would rate it 10 stars if it was an option. I’ve rented my fair share of places and this rental was by far the cleanest we’ve ever stayed at. Chris and Carrie (hosts) were extremely informative, helpful accommodating etc. Now about the cabin. Absolutely BEAUTIFUL !!!! It was decorated so great !!!! Bed were very, very comfortable and the views off the deck were amazing !!! I know I’m missing something but without question we will be back . It was awesome !!!!Just an FYI and in no way is this a complaint or criticism but just helpful information. The road to the cabin once you turn off Maddox isn’t paved but is compacted gravel. It was passable without any issues until the last little incline before turning into driveway at cabin. It had rained the day before and it was little bit of a challenge if you don’t have an all wheel drive, front wheel drive or 4 wheel drive vehicle. We got up it with relative ease only slipped slightly but no major issues. Chris called me prior and made me well aware of the condition because road had been scraped the day before. He was without question the best Host I’ve ever dealt with when it comes to a rental. Once again , this IS NOT A CRITICISM or COMPLAINT at all. Just an FYI. I would and will be renting again from Chris and Carrie. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful cabin…

Incredible communication before, during, and after our arrival from the owner. The cabin was very clean and comfortable. Exactly as pictured with a great view of the mountains. We enjoyed sitting out on the back deck where deer came right up to the deck. Quick ten minute drive to downtown Blue Ridge. Highly recommend!

We had another great stay here. The location is convenient to both Blue Ridge and Ellijay, making it easy to go into town while still feeling tucked away in the mountains. The cabin was clean, comfortable, and as described, with nice views. We’ve stayed more than once, and the consistency from visit to visit really stands out — everything is well maintained and welcoming each time. The hosts were responsive and easy to work with. We would happily stay here again.

House was very clean, well decorated and comfy. Hosts are very attentive to the everything which stands to reason why everything was perfect for our stay. 10/10 will stay and book again.

This was the perfect place for me and my sons for a guys’ weekend getaway. Close to everything we did but it’s far enough up in the mountains to feel like you’re completely off the grid.

My wife and I met our daughter and husband for a Christmas celebration in the Blue Ridge area. We were not at all disappointed with the accommodations. The split 2 bed, 2 bath cabin was incredible, view were inspiring, and the location was perfect for our visit. A few miles in either direction brought you to historic Blue Ridge or historic Ellijay districts. Chris and Carrie went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. We were pleasantly surprised when entering the cabin to see the beautiful Christmas decorations including an ornate Christmas tree. Thank you Chris and Carrie for sharing with us your well maintained beautiful cabin. We certainly will be back.

Yes, the hosts were very welcoming and helpful. Everything was in perfect order and very clean. We were not able to enjoy many of the amenities due to time constraints, but they were available. Instructions were very helpful and thirough. We would likexto stay here again sometime.

Cabin was very cozy and clean. Sitting on the deck offered a great view of the mountains and the rocking chairs and porch swing were nice. We enjoyed relaxing and getting away. It was close enough to downtown and other areas but still secluded away from the busy commercial hub.

Wow! The cabin, experience and hosts were outstanding! I do not know how it could have been better. Check in was smooth. Communication was perfect (just the right amount). View was amazing, and the beds and pillows were “just like home” comfortable. Can’t wait to go back!

Beautiful mountain setting looking towards another taller mountain with forested valley below. Nature arena with deer brumbles and other wildlife, trails nearby, and quiet surroundings. Short 10 minute trip to downtown Blue Ridge where you can visit Mountain Country Art gallery and have reasonable lunch at Cantaberry. If you want that special dinner to celebrate an occasion go to General Ledger. The hosts of Chinook Cabin have made their home yours for your stay - they have thought of everything to make it enjoyable.

We had such a wonderful stay. The place is even better than the pics. We appointed kitchen, cozy places to have a nap, bbq grill works perfectly. We want to go back in the winter time.

Our entire experience at the cabin was great! The owners were very responsive and always communicated with us timely. The cabin was lovely. Very clean, had everything we needed, very nice furnishings and comfortable. The view was breathtaking! Loved that we even got to see Bigfoot! Beautiful location with stunning sunrises! We absolutely loved celebrating our 42d wedding anniversary at Chinook Cabin. Chris and Carrie made our stay seamless from arrival to departure. Mornings on the deck watching the sunrise with a cup of coffee and each other made our stay all it could be, and more! The cabin is well equipped with furniture, decorations and all you need in the kitchen to prepare your favorite meals. We ate dinner at The Black Sheep restaurant in downtown Blue Ridge, which was good. But we enjoyed more using the grill on the deck to prepare mahi-mahi and filet mignon. The approach to the cabin can be challenging if you’re not used to driving in the mountains, but following the directions provided make the drive easy. We’re looking forward to our next stay at the Chinook Cabin! Thank you, Chris and Carrie, for helping to make our celebration special!

This was exactly what we were hoping for. Honestly I have never felt more comfortable away from home. It was cozy, clean, well furnished, quiet, private and the beds were very comfortable. We will be staying here again.

We had an outstanding weekend in this beautiful, cozy mountain cabin! The cabin was everything you would want it to be. The owners were super easy to work with and supportive from beginning to end. We enjoyed every moment and will most certainly come again!

The cabin was perfect. The surrounding area was quite and peaceful. Our first day there we saw a couple of deer. At night I was serenaded by owls as I rocked on the porch. The wifi was great. All the furniture was very comfortable. We really enjoyed the hot tub which was on back deck overlooking a beautiful view of the mountains. The cabin was very clean and offered everything we needed. The host was very happy to answer any questions that we had before and during our stay. We were celebrating our daughter's birthday and when we arrived at the cabin we found that they had left her a very sweet Birthday card for her. We didn't want to leave and hope to return someday

The expansive windows offer absolutely breathtaking views of the mountains from the living room, and we never got tired of simply sitting back and soaking it all in.The hot tub was one of our favorite spots — it’s the perfect place to relax and take in the fresh mountain air after a day of exploring. The cabin is the best of both worlds: a private, peaceful retreat yet conveniently close to great restaurants and shopping.Chris, our host, was truly outstanding. His communication was prompt and thoughtful, and he even made a special trip from Atlanta to make sure we had the perfect TV setup — a rare and much-appreciated touch!We absolutely love this cabin. It feels like our home away from home, and we can’t wait to return. If you’re looking for a scenic, relaxing getaway in the mountains, this is the perfect place. Highly recommend!

As you said, the drive up is a little rough, but well worth it once you’re there. Loved all the cabin decorations. Very beautiful cabin and great place to relax and unwind.

Chinook Cabin was absolutely perfect. We spent the days walking around downtown Blue Ridge and exploring different restaurants and breweries. It was so pleasant returning to the cabin in our down time, relaxing in the hot tub and reading in the adorable nook. The beds were SO comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was PERFECT. I can definitely see us staying here again, and maybe bringing our kids next time!

We, at the last minute decided we needed to take a break from it all and ended up lucking into this perfect place where we could recharge our life batteries. We love the layout & location. It was just the two of us but easily could have comfortably accommodated another couple. We absolutely would stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay at the Chinook Cabin in Blue Ridge. Support from the hosts was great and started as soon as we made the reservation. They sent things to do, restaurant recommendations, and answered every question promptly. Felt like we were staying at a friends house. The cabin was perfect. Cozy, Intimate and very private. We arrived to find a bottle of wine and soft music on the TV. We relaxed in the hot tub on the deck with a beautiful view. Great meals in Blue Ridge (Southern Charm, Harvest on Main) but we hurried back to our cabin retreat. Highly recommend this cabin!

We stayed 3 nights in this very comfortable cabin with our long time friends. The kitchen had everything you could need to prepare wonderful meals. The beds were so comfortable and the hot tub was a special treat at the end of the day. The morning sunrise did not disappoint!

Me and my wife wanted to get away for the weekend, and this cabin was the PERFECT place to stay. The cabin was cozy. The host was very easy to communicate with and very helpful with instructions. The location is perfect. You can go from being on top of a mountain with a great view to being in downtown Blue Ridge in just 10 minutes. This was one of our favorite rentals. The only thing we would have done differently is stay longer!

Everything about the Chinook Cabin is perfect for a quick getaway. It is close to town but very private with scenic woods surrounding it and a lovely view off the back deck. We found the property very clean and very comfortable. Beds were cozy and perfect. While the road up to the cabin is very rough, we were able to navigate it fine with a front wheel drive vehicle. Do heed the recommendation to approach the graveled steep hills at a moderate speed to not spin out as we saw a car stuck on the hill who had not done that. We heartily recommend this property!!

Our family of 4 stayed here for a relaxing vacation. The beds were super comfy, and the living room with fireplace was great. The location was close to town with a not too steep driveway. It was exactly as advertised. The host was extremely accommodating and friendly. We would stay here again!

We loved our stay for a girls weekend. The house was fully equipped and host did an excellent job communicating with us.

We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely cabin! it was very cozy, and quiet, there was plenty of space for another couple, but it was just the two of us. beautiful view from the deck, ample parking, and the owners were quick to answer any questions. Cabin was decorated for Christmas and I also liked the pretend deer head over fireplace as I'm not a hunter. We were very sad to leave!

We spent Thanksgiving weekend in the Blue Ridge Mountains. It was beautiful could not have asked for a better weekend. We love to run and the dirt roads and hills were perfect on beautiful brisk mornings! We loved the hot tub overlooking the Blue Ridge Mountains, the oak trees were still brilliant colors, made for a perfect stress free experience!

The cabin was better than what the pictures showed. We spent tons of time on the back deck rocking in the chairs looking over the beautiful views. The cabin was extremely clean to my OCD standards, which is a great thing for me. It was cute and rustic but modern day functional. We enjoyed Blue Ridge and its many attractions. Ate at several restaurants that I would highly recommend and great shopping area downtown. We also enjoyed the bigfoot attractions, highly suggest to anyone of any age. We would highly recommend this cabin, this town, the view and the surrounding towns in the area. Can not say enough about the place.
