Stayed Dec 28, 20224:00PM is check in, 3:30 I e-mail property owner I have no check in instructions. 4:30PM property owner e-mails me reservation cancellation. What!?!? My family is prepared for move in, we’re cancelled with no explanation at all!! VRBO personnel were not very sympathetic or helpful. Offered to pay for one night in a hotel and e-mailed me 4 alternative homes, all much further away from family I’m here to visit, and 3 out of 4 much more expensive than my now cancelled booking.We bunked in with family for 2 days and booked another property I found on my own for 4 days. A very disappointing experience with this property owner and reservation!
