An open floor plan offers a first floor full bath, spacious kitchen with breakfast bar and cozy living room with pull-out queen sofa, 50in flat screen and streaming TV services. Upstairs bedroom #1 offers two queen beds, bedroom #2 offers a king size bed, twin bed and seasonal views of Quimby Pond. Sit on the covered screen porch and enjoy the outdoors or bring your kayak or paddleboard and enjoy a paddle or try your hand at fly fishing Quimby Pond, just a 3 minute walk to the public boat launch. Just 6 miles to downtown Rangeley and 3.5 miles to downtown Oquossoc, both with wonderful restaurants! Linens provided, Keurig coffee maker, Wi-fi available.
