As required by Big Bear Lake policy (not ours), you'll need to agree to and sign the City of Big Bear Lake's Good Neighbor Policy before gaining access to the house. We’ll also need to verify your identification. This process can be completed electronically, or you can visit our check-in office if you prefer.
