Cozy, Modern Pinetop Cabin-Kid Friendly

We had a fantastic stay at this property! It is in a very convenient location, and the cabin itself is very comfortable and incredibly well supplied. There are many small touches like throw blankets in most of the rooms, baskets for storage, laundry baskets, and lots of great kid supplies. We cooked a lot of meals and the kitchen is very well stocked. There are also plenty of essentials like soap, paper towels, trash bags, and laundry soap. It's really nice and convenient not to have to buy these things when you're on vacation! Ashley, the property manager, was wonderful, and she responded promptly to help us when we accidentally locked ourselves out. There are even sleds and lots of cool snow toys in the garage. This is probably one of the best equipped rentals we have ever stayed at, and there have been many over the years! It's also super family-friendly, which was great for our kids and grandkids. Can't recommend this property enough!!

This was exactly as advertised plus little extras that made our stay low effort - and I’m all about low effort. Being close to the highway made for easy access to everything and road noise was not an issue. There are hiking trails nearby as well. Everyone in the group had positive things to say about the property. Would definitely stay here again.

I am also a rental property owner so I fully understand the process as well as the details. This place is probably the cleanest rental property we have ever stayed at! The location is central and close to everything. We thought we might be cramped with how many kids we’d had but the separate spaces were really great. The owner was also very considerate and great with communication. They are very considerate and generous with the towels, quality toilet paper, etc. 10/10 we definitely would stay here again! We stayed at this property for a guys trip. The home provided plenty of rooms for us that were spacious and comfortable. The house is kept perfectly clean and organized. I have already convinced my large family that we will be renting this cabin for a staycation. There is plenty of room for everyone and is close to many different avenues of entertainment. You can check out the local brewery, visit White Mountain (fun center), go hiking, or go explore some parks/playgrounds. I highly recommend this property to anyone.

We visited Pine-top for a wedding in July. This home was absolutely perfect. We had ample space for our larger group. The kitchen had more than enough supplies to stay in and cook, along with the BBQ grill. We spent a lot of time on the back porch visiting and when it got chilly the propane fire pit was amazing. The bunk room would be perfect for a family with multiple kids. I personally slept in the upstairs queen room and it was one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. Overall cleanliness was spot on. Check in was a breeze and we were able to check in earlier than anticipated which was awesome. The host was super easy to communicate/work with! If we are ever back in the area this is the house we will book again.

We booked a much-needed girls trip to Pinetop-Lakeside and chose the Timbers! Ashley was super responsive from the beginning. She made the decision to book an easy one! We had 7 women with us for the weekend. The cabin was perfect! Super clean, spacious, adorable. The decor and attention to detail in every room of the cabin was immaculate. It had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The beds were super comfortable, the kitchen was stocked with all the necessities, and we had plenty of room to sleep, eat together, hang out on the patio with the fire, etc. Additionally, Ashley provided us with recommendations for places to eat and things to do in the area, which we found super helpful! If you’re looking for the perfect place for a friends trip or for multiple families, it’s a no-brainer! We can’t wait to make this an annual trip!
