Cozy Log Cabin with Lake Views - Pet Friendly!

This is our third year in a row staying here for Thanksgiving. The cabin is always spotless, with beautiful views and plenty of things to do. We always enjoy our stay!

Really beautiful views off the deck, nice semi-private location, with walking trails very close. Cabin is very tidy and neat, has all you can ask for. Krystn is excellent with communication. We can’t wait to come back next year!

Excellent. Fantastic views comfortable layout and flexible in all weather between large deck, house and super cool Adriondaks lean to we had gorgeous views. Location was easy to access and convenient to all activities in the cute town and adjacent wilderness areas for swimming hiking etc. The house is super clean and well equipped. The host is kind, responsive and considerate.

This house was great. It was very clean, nicely decorated and had a good amount of space for our family.

Our family had a great vacation in this wonderful adirondack house. The house had everything we needed to prepare meals, the beds were very comfortable and there is a spectacular view from the deck and the lean to. The fire pit was evening fun, and my grandsons loved the indoor table tennis. The location was convenient for swimming and kayaking.

Everything assiciated with the rental and the experienced was as we expected, just as we have experienced before.

Amazing week with my family! The house was very clean and all the amenities made for an easy, relaxing getaway. The large deck, nestled in the woods, had great views and was a lovely space for outside dining. The cabin's location is just a quick drive to the adorable town and has easy access to great hiking and other attractions. Highly recommended for families looking to get away.

My Husband, my brother, two nephews and I stayed here for four nights in May. The cabin had everything we needed, including silence, a great view at every angle, things to do on rainy days, and ambience all day long. We took day trips to Lake Placid, Ticonderoga, the natural Bridge and Caves, and several small towns in the area. Perfect for unplugging and just getting away from the every day. We definitely want to go back.

My family and I enjoyed a such a fun, relaxing weekend. The home is beautiful and comfortable with such beautiful views of Schroon Lake. The host was very accommodating and great at communicating.A great experience all around.

My family of 5 and our pug had a wonderful stay. This log cabin is absolutely fantastic! The minute you walk through the door it felt welcoming. The cabin is very clean and has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Kristin is an amazing host and very responsive. The cabin is a 5-minute drive into town, where you will find a few restaurants, a great coffee shop and a grocery store. You definitely need 4-wheel drive to get up the driveway--it is very steep. Our family will definitely request to stay at this cabin again the next time we visit Gore Mountain. Thank you!

This was our second Thanksgiving we have spent in this cabin. We absolutely love it! The layout is perfect for our family and the amenities are next level. The house is fully equipped to cook a Thanksgiving dinner. My kids love the game room and all the little extras the owners have. The house is spotless. We will be back for sure!

We enjoyed our stay in this easily accessible yet tucked away retreat! The property has a wonderful porch and views of Schroon Lake. The game room was a great bonus.

We booked a last minute trip and was not disappointed. The views of the lake are awesome and calls of Loons. Lots of hiking along with night sky views and close to other locations for a variety of things to do. Krystin was wonderful in communication. A great place!

We took advantage of the outdoor spaces - deck, fire pit, and lean-to (not pictured but a highlight) - and enjoyed the peace and quiet. The cabin has everything you need, beds are comfortable, and each room had a fan. The main living space was smaller than expected, but the deck made up for this. We’d return based on our experience.

The home was beautiful!!! There was a spectacular view of the lake and mountains. Everything was perfect!!! We would very much like to return next year.

We enjoyed the beautiful view from the deck sipping our morning coffee. The AWD SUV we rented handled the steep driveway without any issues. Kristyn was responsive to our questions. The kitchen is stocked with all the necessary items needed to prepare some of my favorite dishes. This house is well located for a night at the opera at the Seagle Festival in Schroon Lake, a day trip to the Shelburne Museum in VT, or a trip to Saratoga Springs for shopping and the race track. Highly recommend this quiet haven for a vacation.

The log house was as described and offered a very relaxing stay. It had everything you could possibly need from kitchen tools, wood for the fire, games, cable, a/c. The house was dusty which caused my son with dust and dog allergies to suffer, but if you don’t have allergies you probably wouldn’t have any problems. Also the couches in the living room have lost their support so they weren't the most comfortable. But the beds and everything else were very comfortable. The host was very responsive with any questions we had and we would definitely stay here again!
