Cozy Log Cabin in peaceful wooded surroundings

This is a super nice place to stay, the area is well maintained. The host was also communicative, and the actual cabin is well stocked. And it has a wonderful cozy atmosphere.

Unique and Quite

The host' email guidance to get to the cabin was essential. The property and the cabin were immaculate, all wonderfully private. The cabin was very cozy and everything was available for an amazing stay. The little things such as the propane for the BBQ, the coffee, the great beds, we take things like that for granted, but when in a different place it makes all the difference. The distance to Monroe for groceries is easy. We would have loved to stay at least another week if we could. Thank you Adriane, you were a wonderful host, extremely responsive to my few silly questions. I look forward to be back soon and hope we can rent your cabin again.

This cabin was well stocked, very clean, well decorated and in such a peaceful area! I Will stay again when back in the area! Excellent communication with the host!

Having lived in the woods, I was really expecting to be out in the woods with nobody else around. That's not the case here, the cabin has space, but is surrounded by other homes. But don't get me wrong - you have plenty of room, it's usually quiet, and it's a delightful place to stay. Just don't think you'll be out in the middle of the wilderness. You're very much in a rural area, but you're not isolated. The cabin is very well appointed, clean, cozy, and relaxing. It was ideal for our purposes, I really enjoyed the hammock out front, and the fact we could do laundry there. We will definitely reserve this cabin again when we visit the area. It's very well managed too, which makes your remote check-in that much smoother and easy. This is a very good value and a great place to stay.

I was attending a wedding weekend at High Rock Castle, and this was the perfect off-site location for it. I was roughly 4 minutes away from the location. There's a privacy fence around the entire location that does an excellent job separating your stay from the surprising amount of industrialism occurring around it. Lots of spiders, though.

All aspects were exceptional. Recommend without hesitation.

Beautiful and quiet! Our stay was lovely. Will definitely be staying here again. Host was friendly and called to check that we arrived and had everything we needed.

Great stay, comfortable beds, the kitchen had all the dishes/cookware we needed. Provided a very restful place to return to from a long day in the field! The check-in process was good, except for the instructions on how to find the entry gate. The entrance/driveway is almost hidden by a cluster of trees that were not mentioned in the check-in instructions. If the host had included the trees in the description, we would have found it a lot sooner! Super friendly, would stay here again.

A wonderfully cozy little cabin. Perfectly appointed. Lots of good local (not chain) eateries and antique shops a short drive away. Peaceful. Definitely on our list for when we return to the area to visit family.

They were helpful with helping us find the entrance and they had everything we needed and it was beautiful !

Wonderful stay! Use your maps to find the road but listen to the Host on what to do once you get on that final road the cabin is on. Apple and Google will get you there but will mislead you on the final road!! Host is very helpful. Landscaped beautifully and clean comfortable cabin. Has everything you need just pick up your groceries! Would definitely stay again.

Awesome property, cabin is so cozy with much attention to detail. Dog loved the space as well, lots of room to play. The host is wonderful and very helpful. A great experience all the way around. We'll be back.

Over all this place is great. This is our second time staying here. The grounds are beautiful and well kept, as is the cabin, both inside and out. The manager was easy to work with and helpful. The only issue was the switch that turns off the power to the air conditioner that unlabeled and right by the entry door. It is easy to hit it as you walk out the door, as we did on one occasion, turning off the AC for the day. When we returned the house was very hot. It would be nice if there was a label on it. It is quite and cozy. It takes about 10 minutes to drive to Monroe.. It is well worth the extra drive.

Amazing place to stay and enjoy solitude and being close to nature! We stayed during the renaissance festival which was a short 20 minute drive; the rest of the time we enjoyed sitting outside with coffee, reading (no phones allowed rule!) or talking to each other- just what we needed. Thank you for the lovely stay!

We decided to visit the PNW last minute and this cabin was one of the last properties available. We were beyond blessed with this lil gem. We visited all 3 National Parks as well as San Juan islands. Perfect location, very secluded, very quiet, yet close to town. Would 100% stay here again.
