We stayed here previously and liked it. The second time the place showed improvements!
Nestled in close to the shore of the lake this little gem is just about perfect. After initially trying to sleep on the full size bed in the camp (wasn't super comfy for two adults) we went and tried the bunkhouse which we found far more comfortable. Other than that, the place was perfect for us and we hope to return soon!
We had a wonderful family stay at this camp. It was equipped with all you could need in the kitchen and TONS of water toys. We took advantage of all the tubes, floats and 2 kayaks on a daily basis. We used the firepit one night and the charcoal grill another. Great fans throughout the house. Hope to go back!
My family had a great time at this camp. It had things to do for all ages. It was very well furnished and had everything you would ever need for your stay. The owners have thought about everything to make visitors’ stay enjoyable. The location was great and the lake is clean and quiet. We will definitely try to stay again. We made a great choice!
My family loved this place. It is more secluded than the others we have rented. Very close and easy access to the water, with lots of water toys available for everyone to enjoy. Deck on three sides of the cabin with great deck furniture. Terrific fire pit nestled under some nice shade trees with pleanty of seting available that is close to water so you can watch the kids swimming. The kids caught some nice Bass and Sunfish early in the early mornings. The little additional bedroom/cabin was terrifc. There is a nice lawn for the corn hole boards there to be played and there is a nice little swing set for the kids. I do believe the best thing about this place was the nice breeze that blew every day. It kept the bugs away and reduced the temperature by 15 degrees. It was 90 plus most days and it was beautiful down at the cabin, felt like 75. We can't wait to come back next year!!!
We enjoyed our stay! The yard and lake was extremely beautiful but the house was not the cleanest or well stocked. And the bugs were insane, around 10pm every night the inside of the house would be filled with hundreds of nats. I’m not sure if there is a ripped screen in one of the windows or something, we couldn’t see but that was absolutely awful. Pictures are not updated, place is kind of run down. But we did have a great weekend and our thankful of our time spent. Place could just use some work.
My wife, daughter and I had a great time. No frills type of cabin. They have two great kayaks, grill and dock with legit lounging chairs. Great Maine experience.
My friends and I had the most perfect stay at this beautiful property. If you are looking for a quiet stay right on the water with plenty of privacy and room to roam the lake... you have found it. The breeze and the sound of the loons coming across the water are absolutely perfect. Crystal clean water and a quiet lake to kayak... especially first thing in the morning. The owners have a slice of paradise here. I hope to return next summer. Thank you for an amazing week!
The location was incredible! The cabin was well stocked! We had a great time except for the plumbing issues.
Our three generation family of 8 stayed here for 5 days and couldn’t of had a better time. The camp was so clean, well stocked and cozy. The furniture was so comfy. The kitchen (once you found everything) had everything you needed! There were tons of games and so many things to do outside. We spent hours playing games, fishing, laying on the dock, kayaking and sitting by the outside fire. My Elderly parents loved that they had their own cabin with bed to sleep in. This place offers something for everyone - we ranged in age from 3-85 and everyone wants to come back next year. The camp owner was so responsive and kind to questions I had. This is a little gem!
