My family really enjoyed our time here. The host left behind the stuff for s'mores! My kiddos loved that! Overall, the cabin was perfect. Fully stocked kitchen made it super easy to prepare meals for the family. The host was very communicative! I'd say the only downfall was the fact that the main bedroom door didn't close completely due to the end table. We could have moved the table, but didn't want to risk damage to the floor or lose the end table throughout the night. 10/10! Would rent again.

This property is a family get-a-way dream. This is our 6th annual stay during the Fall season. As our 3 kids have grown, so has their enjoyment of the cabin. It has become a tradition to disconnect and just enjoy and relax as we get away from all the busy-ness of owning our own business and our active kids' lives.Our favorite things to do are campfires, kayaking, fishing, and having time to read. We like to have all our food and necessities taken care of when we arrive so there is no need to leave. There is enough space to have some time to ourselves and also to join together and make memories. Very thankful for this cabin and all that it has meant to our family.

We were on a tight schedule and were not able to spend much time outside. Cabin needs work. No working lights in one bedroom. Bulbs out in dining room.

Great cabin…great location. Clean and well stocked. Would have been nice to know that we couldn’t use the dock when booking rather than 2 weeks out from our stay. It worked out since the yard walked down to a nice entry to the water.

We had my son's 30 birthday get together here because it was close to my other son's house and they could just drive out. And then I was totally surprised with a proposal from my boyfriend! This spot will forever be our go to cabin. It was set up perfectly for our growing family. It was clean and we loved they had a lot of the things not all vrbos do. Like baggies and paper towels... You know the basics you sometimes forget. Thank you for having us!

It was beautiful, had everything we needed. One night sitting by the fire I turned off the yard light and we got a lot of visitors, deer’s and raccoons close up. Pretty cool!

Our family of 5 had an amazing stay in this cabin! Very clean cabin with all the amenities we needed for a great, comfortable stay! The kayaks on property were a hit with the kids and my oldest son loved fishing off the dock everyday. The fully stocked kitchen was great for cooking several meals at home. There’s a cute smores bar also that provided a fun night by the camp fire. This cabin is centrally located to many fun activities. We ate at a restaurant in Rogers, swam at dam site road, rented a boat on Beaver lake, floated the King’s River and explored Eureka Springs. Host was very friendly and responsive. 5 star place!

We really enjoyed our week at the lake. We took the kayaks out every day and had fun swimming at Beaver Cove. Cabin was comfortable, clean, and well stocked.

Our family loved this spot! We have kids age 14, 10, and 2 and there was plenty to do in the water and around the house for our stay. Everyone was comfortable and the listing was exactly as expected. This is our second stay with these owners and we would stay again in a heartbeat! I really appreciate having plenty of the basics available-paper towels, toilet paper, pantry items, linens/towels, etc. Thank you for your thoughtfulness!

Our Family had a great time. The kids loved fishing, swimming, and kayaking. The property was very nice and well kept. We will definitely be coming back in the near future!

Our stay was amazing! The cabin was perfect for our family with all of the amenities. We enjoyed the kayaks, made alot of smores, and enjoyed fishing on the lake…would highly recommend this place for a stay!

We had a wonderful stay. The property is beautiful and very peaceful. The cove made a wonderful swimming area and the included kayaks were perfect! (So much easier than coordinating rentals.) Quick communication, clean, and accurate listing. Couldn't recommend enough!

Everything was perfect! Comfy bed, quiet location, any questions answered quickly, everything we needed! The only problem...fish weren't biting! Lol Stay here, you won't be disappointed!

Everything about this stay has been amazing. They had everything we needed! They have board games, kayaks, fire pit, and of course being on the lake! I was very impressed, especially for the last-minute trip! Host was gracious enough to let us stay for an extra night when asked! Love.

The location is beautiful! Due to the time of year that we went, the lake waters were low but that wasn't a detriment to the trip at all. My husband and kids could still walk to the dock and drop a cast in the lake and they enjoyed that immensely. The cabin itself is absolutely gorgeous! Its nestled away and private. Had a couple initial bumps with the wifi but some text messages to the property owners and that got fixed with us tag teaming the issues! It was a very relaxing time. Would love to go back when the water levels are normal and see the views in all their glory then too

Our host was great! When I had a question about the TV she answered really quickly and even offered to come by! The house itself was very cute and clean. There is a quick little walk right down to the lake and the fire pit sits right above the lake with awesome views!

This property was so great for us. It was as described and the owners were super communicative. All around wonderful!
