Our family of 4 enjoyed our 3 night visit. The cabin was very comfortable and fully stocked with everything you should need for cooking. We enjoyed the beautiful setting along the river, even getting in some flyfishing a few times. We extensively used the deck, cooked 2 nights on the grill, and used the deck heater and fire pit. A few things to note during our stay. 1. While not critical for us, more of an inconvenience, the wifi was super slow and eventually went completely out. So take note, if you absolutely need to do work or have any internet addicted family members (not a problem for us), you may experience connection issues and be disappointed. 2. There were ants in the kitchen every day during our stay. Not a lot, but enough to keep watch with any food stored in the counters. 3. Onr of the propane tanks ran out, and rather than swapping it out for another of the 3 deck items using propane (fire pit, grill, heater), it would be nice if a spare was kept on hand. 4. We stayed during Memorial Day weekend, the first weekend of the busy season. The grass hadn't been mowed for the season and was shin deep. Would have been nice to lay out on the back lawn. 5. Lastly, as is probably the case for many other locations along the river, the property is a base for Canadian geese who like to do their thing on the lawn. So if you have little ones or walk your pets (on leash), note that you'll need to clean up the goose mess. All in all a wonderful stay at the riverside cabin.

I stayed here with 3 friends for a ladies weekend. The beds were comfy and the kitchen had all the necessary items we needed. We loved relaxing on the swinging bench by the river. I’d definitely recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway. Great for families too!

This little cabin is nestled in the woods in such a way to provide you with privacy in a lush beautiful setting. The backyard ends where the river begins. It's stunningly gorgeous and peaceful. The house is small, yet every bit of space is well thought out in a beautifully natural way. From the live edge table to the stone in the shower, it was a wonderful few days here. Clever design with the barn doors into the bathroom as well as a space saver. Plenty of beds so you could easily fit 8 people and with the larger deck it almost doubled the living space. Our stay was the perfect ending to our vacation. We fished, read, grilled steaks and visited the local towns. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

Great location and large yard for the dog! The stay was too short.. Beds downstairs are a little hard for my taste. But all in all the cabin was a perfect get away. :-)

Loved the property and the peacefulness of it. Being able to sit outside on the swing by the river was the best. Small lake nearby for fishing/kayaking and close to town. Will be back!

This is the second time I have stayed in this great property! Cute little place in the woods by the river. Guest contact was terrific, and helped us out with a few questions. I was a bit put off that we were standing at the door after the cleaning crew left at 3:47, and the door wouldn’t unlock. Our guest contact did not have the ability to override the 4PM check in time. We cooled our heels on the porch until EXACTLY 4PM before our code worked to unlock the door. Outside of that, fabulous place, and I will stay here again! Leslie M.
