The three of us rented this cabin as both an escape after an incredibly stressful year and as a jumping off point to explore the towns and cities surrounding Denver. It was exactly what we needed. The cabin was beautiful, the area even more so and we got much needed relaxation here, even despite our long hours driving to Glenwood Springs and Estes Park and many more. If you are looking for an escape, this is the place. Just be wary as the highways and roads nearby can get a bit hard to pass in snowstorms, so if you are not a confident winter driver it may not be for you. If you are, we would certainly recommend!
Excellent stay, as described on listing. Great location, convenient to many area attractions.
This place lives up to its name! The cabin is adorable and sits off a beautiful little road with plenty of opportunities to see wildlife! It’s minutes away from a great coffee shop that has gluten-friendly options. The cabin is also conveniently located near great hikes, lakes, and the Red Rock Amphitheater! The drive from the cabin to Echo lake is breathtaking! The hosts are very accommodating, responsive, and shared great points of interest to make time for during our stay! We cannot reiterate enough how perfect this cabin stay was and we will definitely be back!
Enjoyed the well supplied cabin, had everything we needed. Cute, eclectic decorating and nice and clean. Easy to get to from Denver as well as various mountain towns. One down-side are the uneven floors that you have to step up and down and be careful to not trip over raised floor trim. It could be difficult for a variety of individuals as well as getting to the upstairs bedroom.
What a beautiful little cabin. Close to everything we need. (Within 36 hours we had gone from a winter wonderland to sunny and 55 degrees.) We'll definitely be back.
What a quaint cabin. Only downside is “up stairs” bedroom is accessible only from a drop down ladder from ceiling of kitchen. It’s not a ladder that an adult would want to climb up and down to use bathroom in the night. But the couch is a very nice substitute and is comfortable. Queen size bed on main level is super comfy and slept like a baby on it. Close to Morrison and we loved all the incredibly kind people there. Especially Clint at Carworks !!!
Thank you for an amazing week at your cozy cabin in the mountains. This was our second stay here. It was such a great time of year with some days of beautiful snow cover, as well as some days of sunshine and hiking. It is a perfect place to get away, unplug and have some rest, relaxation and rejuvenation time.
One word to describe the cabin is... cozy. We had beautiful weather. (Snow and then sunshine.) And only a 30 minutes to meowwolf! We hope to be back.
Beautiful location. Only negative thing I would say is that upper bedroom is only accessible by a foldable “garage attic” type aluminum ladder. Not suitable for people over teenage years. Queen bed on main level was very comfortable. The people of Morrison are super friendly and kind. Recommend highly !!
Love it
This place was nice and quite and nestled in the mountains. Had everything we needed.
Had a lovely stay here. The cabin owner was so accommodating and wonderfully responsive. The property management company- Evolve- was a Hot Mess though. We had problems with them from the moment we booked (via VRBO). We could not use the credit card we had hoped for the booking even after an hour + on the phone with an Evolve operator. We ran into an issue with the water whilst out there. The owner helped. The property management group DID NOT AT ALL. They did not come to collect trash as mentioned in their email, they were not particularly useful in any way, actually. So -book via VRBO and reach out to the owner who is spectacular.
We had a lovely little stay at this cabin just outside of Morrison Colorado. It's out of the way but near to so many things- Red Rocks, Evergreen, etc. The cabin itself is just as listed- clean, quiet, calm. The fireplace is an excellent touch. During our stay we needed some aide from the owner who was nothing but accommodating- just wonderfully nice and out of the way helpful. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
We went from 60s and sunny to 7 inches of snow back to 60s and sunny in about 48 hours. It was a great couple of days to cozy up to the fireplace!
Absolutely beautiful cabin with more space than you’d expect. A great feeling of getting away and getting a taste of mountain living but maintaining great access to so many popular spaces in the Denver area and beyond. We left happy, refreshed, and ready to return. We loved it.
We had a fantastic week at this lovely cabin. Very clean and updated. This was exactly the peaceful week we were looking for. The owners are very responsive and helpful. There are so many fun and beautiful places to go close by. Endless hiking and biking in the area. We also enjoyed a concert at Red Rocks which was less than 10 miles away. We plan to bring the grandkids back to visit Tiny Town down the road.
Cozy cabin to get away and relax! Tons of restaurants, hiking trails and places to see. Conifer Cafe had an amazing breakfast. Red Rocks was awesome to visit, and nothing like the fresh mountain air!
The rental was cute and tidy. We were in town to relax and attend a music festival at Red Rocks. It was only a 10-15 minute drive to the amphitheater and no one bothered us, so the rental was prefect on both ends.
The property was clean and well stocked. The location was amazing! Out of the way enough to feel like you were in the middle of the woods but still had the convenience of a local coffee shop, liquor store and steak restaurant! We were even lucky enough to see a Moose! I can't wait to visit again!
10-15 minutes from the best outdoor venue in the country. Clean. Simple. 5 stars.
I’m so glad to discover this place. It’s very relaxing. I love being in the mountain, by the creek, with the wildflowers but still close to a few restaurants. And most importantly, Tomari’s Coffee shop. I highly recommend!
Great spot to chill
This cabin vacation spot is a quaint little hang out spot with everything you need to enjoy a mountain getaway. Our pup also loved sunbathing in the backyard with the fresh mountain air. She also loved the stream that goes right by the cabin! Location is PERFECT, easy access to dozens of hiking trails, Red Rocks Amphitheater, downtown Morrison, and Denver. Checking out Tomaris coffee and Mac Nation are a must!
