Cozy Cottage with Private Hot Tub, Tranquil Garden & Parking - Dogs OK

Loved the location and the private back yard.

Although an older house, it was updated and decorated nicely. Very convenient to Duval Street. The only minor drawback was the keypad lock on the front door- it sometimes took 2 or 3 times for the combination to be accepted. We would definitely stay there again.

We loved this place. So cute. Larger than the pictures let on. Although some fixtures, etc. are antiquated, I find this with most places in KW. Very clean and in a great spot. The hot tub was luke warm. We didn’t investigate how to turn it up as it was our last day. I’d definitely stay here again.

We only stayed for only one night, for this reason and our purpose was convenient and met our needs perfectly. It was a little difficult to find at first as the map attachment was not accurate, nonetheless we found it and parked our vehicle, even though the spots were tight it was nice to have a spot at our place of stay with no additional cost,as parking can be costly on the street. The location was convenient as it was close to many main tourist attractions, restaurants, and nighlife spots. The only downside that I could comment on is that the backyard patio area and hot tub were not as advertised. It was disappointing as it was unkeep and the hot tub was dirty and not functional.

House was clean and the location was great. Easy walk to all the fun on Duval street and beyond. House is charming, with comfortable beds, but it is showing its age. We had not planned on cooking and probably would not have cooked in the kitchen. Appliances are old and rusty. If you are just coming for the fun you will be more than happy in this house.

The only good thing about this facility was the beds. The floors were filthy. The kitchen appliances were barely functioning salvage. The meager furniture was rejected by the Salvation Army. VACASA should be ashamed to provide a place in this condition. I’ll think hard before ever using you again.

Location was perfect. Walkable to almost everything. Host uses Vacasa to manage the listing, they don’t reply to messages on VRBO. Parking guidance was confusing.

This place is amazing and the location is incredible. The property itself is a no brainer 5 star. Comfy, secluded yet one block from the center of it all. Just perfect. The problem is the property management. The two biggest issues were 1) the hot tub was aggressively over chlorinated, to the point it was unusable. We couldn’t be in for even a minute without coughing fits. 2) when we arrived, full garbage and recycling bins were left in front of the property for pickup. This is fine except they were completely blocking the entrance gate. We had to drag them out of the way, and they were very full, just to access the gate. There were smaller issues as well that wouldn’t make the review by themselves but speak to a careless, do the minimum attitude by the property manager. Light fixtures left loose. A welcome pack containing dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent and a sponge, as well as checkout instructions to “start the dishwasher”. There’s no dishwasher and the laundry machine is broken/not provided. No handsoap in the bathroom. Little details, but they add up. Amazing property, careless management. With a more attentive property manager this place would be incredible.

I love this property but I found the property management to be extremely mediocre. There were a lot of issues, two big ones. First, and most fatal, the hottub was AGGRESSIVELY over chlorinated. We couldn’t use it, as soon as we got in we choked on fumes. We tried over multiple days but it was toxic. Second, when we arrived, the full garbage and recycling were physically blocking the entryway. We had to drag them aside just to get through the gate. They were full so this wasn’t placed by the collection people. The other issues were minor but paint a picture. A welcome pack including dishwasher detergent and laundry detergent, and instructions to “start the dishwasher”, but there is no dishwasher and the laundry facilities weren’t working. No drying rack for the dishes. No hand soap in the bathroom. Loose light fixtures. Amazing property and many thanks to the owner, but extremely disappointed in Vacasa.

I had the pleasure of taking my family to Key West for the weekend. And we had the fortune of staying at this wonderfully located house. It is the perfect distance from everywhere in this beautiful island. The check-in and checkout were seamless and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend this location to anyone coming down to Key West. Looking forward to doing so again.

Well located, large comfortable rooms but very noisy air conditioning, no water pressure for showers and kitchen faucets. Not easy to open the door with the code; you have to do it repeatedly. Expensive for a house that needs a good renovation.

Great location, clean a/c works well. But the bathroom is unvented and not air conditioned. Gets hot and smelly. And the water pressure is weak - barely enough to take a shower. And someone came into the back yard and used the hot tub every night. Also, around 10 PM a loud motorcycle pulls into the driveway.

Adorable house in a great location that is a block or so off Duval St. It gets a little warm during the day with it being 100 degrees outside, but part of the charm with it being an older wood frame home. Beds are comfortable and Vacasa staff are accommodating. Outdoor shower is a plus too.

The location of this home is great! I don't know if you can find a better priced home that is in a better location. The kitchen is sparse but has all the basics. Parking is also a big plus.
