Nederland, Colorado
Experience rustic mountain charm with modern convenience in this cozy 1BD, 1BA cabin located two blocks from town on a quiet dead-end street. South Facing with lots of light and a front porch overlooking downtown, enjoy stunning mountain views and a short walk to shops, restaurants, hiking/biking trails and the bus to Boulder/Eldora.
Built in 1945, the cabin retains the personality of the old mining days with an authentic overall feel and some of the original furnishings. Check out the antique stove in the kitchen! Although small in square footage, the unique layout is ideal for creating some private space with the bedroom off the living room and the kitchen at the back of the house. The shaded backyard is accessible from the back door in the kitchen and has a patio with a picnic table and BBQ for outdoor dining.
There is a Queen CouchBed in the living room for extra guests, fast WiFi, and a 42" Smart TV for login to your streaming channels. And, if you need a workspace, there is a desk with plugins for computers and USB chargers. The kitchen is stocked with the amenities that we hope will make your stay comfortable including basic cooking essentials (spices, sugar, oil, etc.), condiments, coffee, and tea. Bathroom amenities include linens, a hairdryer, shampoo, and conditioner.
The cabin is located at the end of a quiet dead-end street and has private off-street parking for two cars.
This one-of-a-kind space is yours to create “a home away from home”! Ideal for a quick getaway, extended stay, workcation or base for exploring the multitude of nearby outdoor activities available.
Cabin was very clean and within walking distance to downtown, made an excellent home base. We loved seeing the Aspens turn yellow, quite a sight! Nederland is an excellent home base to explore Colorado, such as Estes Park, Boulder, Breckenridge, Summit Lake, Idaho Springs.
Perfect accommadation. Lively. Would love to come back.
My wife and I spent a week here and would gladly come back. House was very clean, well organized, and comfortable. Owners were very accommodating. Location was quiet and a short walk to restaurants and shops.
We loved our stay! Although it is small, this little house had everything we needed to be cozy! Lots of thoughtful extras (like charger cords) & soft throw blankets for crisp Colorado nights!
The cabin served as a great base camp for hiking in the Fourth of July Trail area. The cabin was very well laid out and had all the comforts of home plus lots of mountain charm.
This was the best little cabin and in the best location!!! Quaint yet modern amenities inside- we will absolutely stay here again! Walking distance to downtown Ned ! But a bit up the hill enough that deer walk through the front yard! Highly recommend!!!
