This cabin is beautiful and perfect. Very clean, had everything we needed. Loved the rocking chairs and back porch. Kids loved all the games. Comfortable. Close to everything. The video really helps find the turn to cabin. Great Communication!!! We will definitely be staying again in the future.

The cabin is lovely. It was spotless, beautifully decorated, had everything we needed, and was located close to everything. We enjoyed watching deer off the back deck and our son loved the games. We highly recommend!

Everything about this rental property was amazing. Great location close to Dollywood / Gatlinburg / Smokies and yet just far enough off the main roads to enjoy some peace and quiet. We loved the accommodations and amenities, and we had a great time enjoying all the activities in the area (hikes, theme park, mountain coaster, sledding, SkyBridge, and restaurants).

My whole experience was wonderful! Checking in and out was so easy. The cabin is beautiful, super clean, and still smells new. The cabin is in a great location and close to everything. I would definitely stay here again.

Property is very convenient to Dollywood. Just a minute from PF strip. Property owner has great communication. It was our second stay here. Everything was great!

Cabin was beautiful and very clean. Host was quick to respond. Location was good and beds were comfy. We were pretty disappointed that the listing didn’t mention the pool only being open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. We planned a pool day since the temperatures were in the 80’s and we had to rent a tent slip at the KOA across the street to use a pool.

This is our second year staying here and it was just as great as the first time. The place is always clean, put together, and contains everything you would need for a week long stay! The beds are comfortable and there is enough seating for everyone. The view from the back porches helps to instantly put you in a relaxed mood and take you away from the everyday.It is close to Pigeon Forge, the park, and Gatlinburg without the stress of all the traffic! I highly recommend staying here!

The cabin was in a great location and very clean. Hot tub was crystal clear and we enjoyed it in the evenings. Our only complaint was that you could hear the road noise and unfortunately there was a hot rod car event that went on until late into the night. No reflection on the hosts though. Next time we will check calendar of events.

Our family loved this cottage so much! It have everything we needed, was very comfortable, clean and so close to all the area attractions. We will be staying there when visiting again.

After long days of tournament baseball the Cozy Cub was a welcomed retreat for my family. It was like coming home. With choices to hit the Island area for dinner and entertainment or just simply make dinner and enjoy a night in it was an amazing place to stay. We'll definitely keep it in mind for future visits.

The communication was nothing short of excellent. Quick response time and efficiency. We were missing an item and within an hr, it was delivered. If we had a question, the response was within minutes. Kind, friendly and amazing is the only way to describe the owners. The place was clean, comfortable and exactly as advertised.

This cozy cabin was perfect for us. It was very clean and well organized. It’s just minutes from the main parkway! It’s easy to get to and from the cabin. The extra half bath was a plus! Host was nice to work with.

This vrbo is so easy to drive to, right by Dollywood. It was exceptionally clean and the kitchen has all the utensils, pots, pans you may need. The hot tub was perfect. There are games to play, TVs in each bedroom, and the beds were cozy. The central location makes it easy to get to all the tourist attractions but you have privacy. We would definitely stay here again! Perfect for families to stay with children.

This cabin is strategically located, offering the best of both worlds-proximity to town and a serene mountain ambiance. The Veterans Parkway was a lifesaver, helping us navigate the area with ease and avoid the usual traffic hassles. The cabin was not just clean, but also beautifully decorated for Christmas! The heated toilet seats were a surprising luxury that I never knew I needed, but now I can't imagine life without them. My family comes to this area every year for Thanksgiving, and I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and ready-to-use the kitchen was. This was not always the case in past locations, so it was a welcome change. I highly recommend this property; you will not be disappointed staying here!

This has been the absolute best VRBO we have ever rented. Not only was it very clean, but the layout really worked well for our family. We loved the game room and queen size bunk beds! The beds were incredibly soft and comfortable with plenty of extra blankets. It was so convenient to DollyWood, so we could come back and rest in the middle of the day and go back at night. But even being so close, it felt like you were in the mountains far away with the view from the porches (with no scary/super steep driveway!) And the heated toilet seats!! Such a bonus! We absolutely loved all the Christmas decorations as well. It was such a peaceful home and we would definitely return on our next trip to DW! Diane is an incredible host. So thankful!

The place was wonderful, clean, and modern. We loved all the decorations and amenities. The view off the decks were amazing! We loved our stay! We even saw a black bear, so our kids were thrilled!

My family and I stayed in the Cozy Cub cabin for a long weekend. The cabin was very clean and comfortable. The beds were also very comfortable (suprisingly, thats usually not the case). Diane was very communicative. I have zero complaints. I would definitely recommend staying here.

This cabin fit us perfect. We took four teenage grandsons. They enjoyed having the basement area for themselves. And we all enjoyed the full kitchen and big top deck with so much seating area!
