Welcome to Opie's Cabins. These Cozy Cabins are fully restored 100-year old Rail Road Cabins, located near the Comal River. The Comal River is within walking distance and can been seen from the deck. Texas Tubes is located next door for easy outdoor fun. Each Cabin is uniquely decorated with it's own theme. All 8 cabins are connected with a gorgeous deck, which makes reserving multiple cabins more convenient for larger parties and groups.

Stayed Feb 13, 2025I go to NB with my bike the same time every year to get in some miles and solitude and stay in the same cabin…which is perfectly situated near the town center (which includes a great selection of restaurants! Needless to say, I’ll be back next year!

Stayed Sep 13, 2024Not our first day at these wonderful cabins. We visit every year and we will continue to stay at this property. The cabins are beautifully decorated, very clean and the host is always available for any help or questions. The space available and the decks for each cabin, make it perfect for visiting with friends. You can walk to the river, and you can walk to any of the restaurants and bars in downtown New Braunfels. I highly recommend this place,and would never stay anywhere else :)

Stayed Sep 7, 2024We have stayed at these cabins several times. Five minute walking distance to downtown, Landa Park, and Wurstfest. Very quiet, parking is easy. One of our favorite places to stay in New Braunfels.
