Cozy Cabin 5 mi 2 Dollywood! Privacy, with the comforts of home!

I absolutely loved the location and the hosts! Communication was great all the way there and leaving…the house was clean and looked just like the pictures…what you see is what you get! Hot tub was clean…we saw black bears almost every morning just walking out the cabin doors!!! I would stay again and every time I visit. The location is so great! 10 minutes from anything and everything! The price was so fair! Well worth every dollar spent! It is a steep uphill drive but we was in a 4x 4 truck so keep that in mind when determining what kind of vehicle to take on your trip…that’s what was ordered though a cabin in the mountains! Absolutely loved every minute of our stay!

My wife and I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this cabin.From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed and comfortable.We enjoyed this cabin so much. The location was great; between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Mrs. Lynn the host was very accommodating and pleasant to work with. She went ABOVE and BEYOND for our needs. The cabin was very clean. We enjoyed the hot tub and the location of the hot tub could not have been better. My wife and I loved the skee ball machine. When I plan our next vacation to Pigeon Forge I will check the availability of this cabin.We highly recommended this cabin to anyone who visits Gatlinburg and yes we would gladly stay here again

Beautiful cabin in a peaceful setting. Check in was so easy and the cabin was spotless. Throughly enjoyed our stay!

We were extremely happy with our cabin choice for this trip to Pigeon Forge. The location was prime for everything that we wanted to do. Everything was well stocked and the bed was super comfy. Being able to see Mama bear and her 3 cubs up close and personal was an added bonus. Wonderful cabin!!

Truly one of the best cabins we’ve ever stayed in. It was cozy and quiet and close to everything. The hosts were quick to reply and very helpful. if you love mountain views, wildlife and country living - this is the place to be. Thank you for a 10/10 stay. we will be back!

We arrived right at 4 pm and managers were repairing the ac and finished the cleaning as they were short on cleaning crews. Managers were very nice. The hot tub cover was a bit awkward for a couple 77 year old

It was a great place to stay

Location was perfect for our adventures. Hot Tub was clean and warm when we arrived. Cabin was well stocked for cooking.

We had a great stay! The hosts were very responsive. We did have an issue really late the first night with the smoke detectors but Robert came right over and fixed it right away and then we didn’t have any more issues! Would stay here again!

Everything was in great shape. Everything was clean, the lady really enjoyed the Christmas decorations, pretty good location not too far from the strip and other stuff.

The cabin was beautiful and very clean! The cabin, like most is up in the mountains and road curvy and steep at times with scary drop offs, but if you go slow it’s no problem. Plenty of parking for our large truck and even room for another vehicle. Beautifully decorated for Christmas! Big king size bedroom with closet, dresser and tv. Large bathroom with jetted tub and shower. The living rm has reclining sofa and loveseat. Upstairs bedroom is also a game room with full bathroom and a balcony! We loved playing the skee ball game. Only problem we had was our phone service was better than the internet. Just about every evening it would go out, so no tv. We tried rebooting but it didn’t work. Sometimes it would be for a short time, but several times we didn’t get it back till the next morning. We never called the office as I figured they would have went home so we just watched our phones/tablets. Would we rent again? Absolutely!!

We had horrible service from this host..We were not given help when we were locked out of the cabin..We had to sit outside in the rain for hours trying to contact the host to enter this cabin..we ended up having to pay for an hotel to stay in..I do not recommend anyone to deal with this host!

Host was very welcoming cabin was in a great location ! Very clean and cozy ! We will be back !

This cabin is AMAZING! We all wish we could have stayed longer. The hot tub was perfect after a long day walking around DollyWood

We had another great vacation this year. Love this cabin and the cabin crew are amazing. Its so relaxing and absolutely perfect for the two of us. We feel so welcome there! When we visit Pigeon forge we know this cabin is where we want to stay every year.

Great cabin for the family

Really enjoyed our stay. The cabin was clean and had all the amenities of home. The booking agent/owner responded quickly to an email question I had. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful quite place.

The cabin was nice and cozy. The floors hadn’t been cleaned well and the hot tub needs some attention, but other than that it was nice!

The place was amazing. Very clean. Only issue is the tubs are very slippery.

They were so quick and efficient on getting us our checkin information! The cabin itself was very clean and so cute and rustic! The hot tub was nice, and the bed was actually comfortable (which is usually my biggest complaint with most vrbo’s)! The location is great for both pigeon forge and gatlinburg! 100% would recommend this place for anyone wanting to stay in the area!

Hot tub was slimy and had dirt all over the bottom. my wife and i love relaxing in hot tubs. not a chance in the world of crawling in that tub.also the deck for the hot tub was very dusty and gritty. I understand its outside but I'm pretty sure it hasn't been hosed off in a long time. outdoor chairs and grill need cleaned.the trim going from the kitchen to living area by the kitchen table is lifted up and dangerous. could easily stab your feet if not paying attention. rug needs replaced or just flipped around. its lifting and is a trip hazard. my wife is a clumsy person and defiantly don't need help tripping. found a sock in the dresser drawer from a previous renter. on the other hand the cabin is very nice. has dishes and cook ware. beautiful woodwork. had TV in Livingroom and both bedrooms. Bathrooms are nice and clean. would definitely stay again. just the hot tub need some serious cleaning first.

We loved this cabin! The accommodations were exactly what we wanted. Loved the screen porch where we spent most of our time during our spring stay. Convenient to the Smoky Mountain NP but close for food delivery because who wants to cook on your vacation?! The area was quiet and we had a bear siting on our first morning.

The cabin is very cozy. It is far away from the city to enjoy the cabin and relax but close enough to Both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The drive up is smooth. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely book again. The host were also very responsive.

The cabin was the perfect base for our anniversary trip to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. It’s super clean, spacious, and well-appointed with everything you need plus a private hot tub on the deck. With a second bathroom and sleeping area upstairs it would be great for a family with kids, too. We had a great time from the perfect location.

This property was amazing! I would stay here 10x over. Easy to get to and close to everything. My 13 year old son loved the upstairs. The furniture was comfy and made it easy to kick back and relax after a long day Loved it!

Cabin was just as advertised. We enjoyed our stay tremendously and would book again.

We are the Danley’s from WV we loved everything about this cabin. The host was very friendly and was here to answer any questions we had. It says it doesn’t have a washer/ dryer but definitely does. The bed was very comfortable and there were the best pots and pans we have ever used in a cabin. We loved the quietness although the cabins were very close to each other. We travel at least twice a year to the Smokey’s and would definitely use this cabin again. It’s marked as one of our favorites.

We just got back from our vacation in PF & Gatlinburg. This was our 2nd time staying at the Fun & Games cabin and we were not disappointed. This cabin is conveniently located on the spur between PF & Gatlinburg which makes it very easy to get where you want to go!! Cabin is always super clean and has everything you need! Upstairs has a trundle bed which can easily sleep 2. Master bed is comfortable! We can’t wait to come back next year.

We loved this cabin! Layout was very good and the screened in porch with hot tub, grill and table with chairs was very nice touch. Cabin is located in between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg which was so convenient. Was very easy to communicate with owners/managers. Cabin had everything needed. Bed was soft, recliner/couch was comfy, kitchen well stocked. Saw some reviews about shortage of linen which we did not experience - we had plenty (we stayed for 7 nights).

Excellent for a couple or couple with a kid or two. Mapping sites vary on marking the correct house. Google Maps was correct. Apple Maps not so much so. Managers would benefit from reporting the correct location to apple. 5 stars great place.

The cabin was more than I expected! Cozy, comfortable and well stocked. Beautifully decorated for Christmas as well! We would definitely book again! PS: I proposed to my girlfriend here, so it will always hold dear to our hearts!

The Cabin is really beautiful and comfortable, the hot tub and grill are both great, and you have games to play with friends and family, the cabin was clean, spacious and with a good balcony and view. Also is close to the near towns, between 10-15 min each of them. We had a wonderful time, we recommend this place to visit in winter/summer/spring so you can enjoy the experience at 100%, there are many activities nearby to explore.

The only thing with the property was the master bathtub, it was extremely slippery when taking a shower to the point where twice I had to catch myself from slipping. It's a bit of a hazard to an older person. other wise we enjoyed it and would go back an stay there again.

We have stayed at this cabin a few times now. We love it's convenience to the things we enjoy while in the Smoky's. The Cabin Crew & hosts go above & beyond to make your stay enjoyable.

Very nice, cozy cabin for two. Clean and comfortable. Pretty much as described in listing. Easy check-in. Pleasantly surprised to find 2 full baths. The only critique would be more towels/wash cloths would be nice. We stayed three nights and had to do laundry to have enough. So if you choose this property, maybe pack a couple of your own if staying more than a weekend. Will definitely add to our list of places to visit again.
