We had a great stay! The cabin was perfect for our needs! It was clean and comfortable and a beautiful setting. We loved the country environment with cows next door. Also, thoughtful touches left in the bathroom plus snacks when we arrived. Would definitely recommend!!

The cabin was clean, quiet, and serene. The beds were SUPER comfy and we enjoyed sitting on the front porch, looking out on an empty field. Nicely decorated and extra touches such as a nightlight that turns on automatically during middle of the night visits and coffee provided were much appreciated! This place will definitely go on our list of re-visits when we visit friends in Searcy!

We really enjoyed our stay at the “blue cabin” as my son now calls it. We were in town for a retriever hunt test. There was plenty of space for my wife, son, dogs and i. I plan to book this cabin again when I’m back in the area.

The cabin was great - clean and tidy and all the extra little toiletries you could imagine. It was ideal for a one-night stop on the first leg of our vacation. I tend to run hot and could’ve used a second air condition in the bedroom, but other than that, it was perfect!

This was our second time staying at the cabin. Its our #1 choice when traveling home. No complaints!

We really enjoyed our stay! VERY clean, well-stocked with things I forgot to pack, and located in a safe area with reasonable distance to Dollar General store to grab food/snacks/etc.

I needed a place for family to stay while they were in town for my daughter’s graduation and this place was perfect. They loved it. I will definitely book this place in the future if the need arises.

Perfect little place right outside of Searcy and Harding University. Jan is a kind and gracious host. This home was perfect for our family. If you’re visiting Harding, consider staying here!

There was a flood warning in effect and we had to dodge a few puddles but once inside, we were warm and cozy. Communication with Jan was fast and easy. The check out instructions were the simplest I’ve ever encountered - so nice!! The only suggestion I would make is to have a wall mirror in the larger bedroom on the right. Would be nice to have an extra mirror than having to wait on the one in the bathroom - especially when I was a little too tall and could not see the top of my head in the bathroom mirror. But otherwise, a really great and quiet property to relax in

This rental was ideal for our stay. The host clearly cares about the quality of their rental. I don’t think we could have found a better place for us. It’s well off the main road and there aren’t any house’s right next to it. It was quiet and in a beautiful area. We will definitely stay there again.

We had a great stay at this little cabin. We were in town to visit family for Christmas and needed a place for our family and dogs. This place was super clean, comfortable and exactly what we needed. Will use this place every time we come to town.

We came to visit friends - after a day of socializing the peace of the cabin was perfect - the only thing I missed was having a washer machine and dryer- but other than that it was wonderful - would stay again
