We absolutely loved staying here! It was so clean and comfortable. It was exactly as described and the location is perfect. Very close to the strip and all the restaurants, attractions and shows, but still secluded enough to be relaxing. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Branson!

We had a great stay! The location of this cabin is perfect. You are 10-15 min away from everything. It’s in a quiet area.

Cabin was awesome. It was very clean. Beds were comfy! It is set up like a duplex so neighbors on one wall. We had no issues. At first I was not sure I would like being so close to the strip but it actually ended up being super convenient. The neighborhood is tucked away. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Aptly named Cozy Cabin! We loved having Christmas decorations and lights still up! The cabin was spotless upon our arrival. The kitchen provided all the things we needed for our stay. Access was easy. And the location was fabulous - seemed like we were right in the middle of everything - no long drives - and so close to Tanger Outlet Mall! Would stay here again!

We spent the month of October in the cabin. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed for an extended stay. It is in a perfect location, close to grocery stores and the theatres. The queen beds are comfortable. Our adult grandson tried to sleep on the pull-out couch, it was not comfortable. He said it would work fine for kids. The host was very good, she responded quickly to any questions we had. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent cabin in a really nice cabin community! We have been coming to Branson for many years and never really paid any attention to this community. I'm so glad we found this! All the cabins looked nice, ours was just as good on the inside! Very clean, very well equipped, comfy beds, nicely furnished! The owner was easy to work with, great at communicating with us before and during our stay. We will definitely return to this cabin!

We had a great stay at this cabin. Communication with Tammy was great and she answered all of our questions before our stay to make sure that we had everything we needed. We stayed with another couple and loved the layout and the space that this cabin offered, along with 2 private suites so that each couple had their space. One of our friends had a broken ankle so was using a wheelchair during our stay and being able to park right at the door and not having any steps into the unit was such a blessing. We hope that we can return again and would definitely stay here

Nice cabin. Living room furniture is not comfortable. Rockers on back deck need to be replaced.

Cozy cabin with plenty of room and great setting. It has everything you need. Whether you are on the go or want to just hang out - it is great.

When searching for a vacation rental in Branson, the 1st requirement I listed was wheelchair accessible. Then we needed 2 king beds and 2 baths, with 1 step in shower. This rental checked all those boxes. It did say there was an exception to the handicapped accessibility, and if we had questions we could contact the owner. When reading everything online about the property ALL of our requirements were clearly listed, with the 1 exception of the curb outside for parking. I never considered since wheelchair accessible was CLEARLY listed that I’d need to call and clarify that. Who could imagine that you couldn’t actually use a wheelchair once inside to get through either bedroom to reach a bathroom? I contacted the owner upon check-in to tell her I was very disappointed. The men had to move a chest of drawers to sit in front of the mirrored closet in order for me to access a bathroom & 1 side of the bed, The owner continues to BLAME ME for the ‘misunderstanding’. She’s even checking with her lawyer to make sure she’s covered. I never threatened a lawsuit, and yet she’s blamed me in 3 separate correspondences. This property should NEVER be listed as handicapped accessible. Other than this & her rudeness to me, the property was great. Nice kitchen & living room. Convenient to our scheduled activities. We would NOT STAY here again.

Stayed for a week-long baseball tournament. Tammye was very easy to communicate with, friendly, flexible, and responds quickly. The cabin was clean, beds were super comfortable, water pressure was great, and kitchen was stocked well. We also liked the location at the end of the street. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Our stay at the cabin met all our needs. We visited our family and also went to Dogwood Canyon. The cabin is in a quiet part of the complex and a close walk to the pool. Very nice stay.

This cabin is great! Central location, private setting, clean and comfy house! It is a duplex style, but no one appeared to be in the other side. That may have been an issue if there had been, as we had a bunch of noisy teenage girls who were loud! I would add that to the listing, so everyone knows when wanting to rent it. Comfortable beds, roomy bathrooms, wide open kitchen / living room, screen porch, nice big recliner, lots of extra blankets, easy peasy check in and out! Love love love! We will be back! Thank you!

Very nice place, as advertised. Very close to just about everything in Branson. Perfect size for two couples.

Overall was a great place to stay. My husband & family enjoyed very much. When we got to the place it was a little smaller than what the pictures showed. Also, if you are traveling with someone that is in a wheelchair please make sure to have a ramp of some short so you can get up & down the curb because it is not handicap accessible.

Stayed here before. Fun had by all. Very convenient location to anywhere Branson. Would recommend and will stay again

We enjoyed our stay at this nice little cabin in the city! We stayed during the week of Christmas and found that it was a very cozy space with plenty of room for 3 adults and 2 small children. The cabin itself is quaint, clean, and the location is a perfect mix of being in a quiet/out of the way spot while also being close to anything you need for food or entertainment.I would recommend this Vrbo to anyone taking a trip to Branson!

Wonderful atmosphere and cabin decor. Fireplace just wraps it in a bow! Clean, comfortable beds, plenty of kitchen amenities. Easy access to all that Branson offers.

This was the second time we stayed in this Cabin. It was just as enjoyable as our first stay. Me and a friend visit Branson for Christmas shopping, dining and sometimes a show. This is the perfect location. The cabin is clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. We look forward to a return visit next year.

We were pleasantly surprised by this duplex. It’s in a neighborhood but felt private. Possibly due to the off-season. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Liked that there were no stairs - we’re in our 60s. A good choice for 2 couples. It’s close to everything in Branson. When we go back, this place will be our first choice.

This cabin was aborable and so cozy!! It was so nice and clean, was in a great location, perfect for what we needed with our family, and overall made for a great trip. Highly recommend and would love to stay here again. This time of year is our favorite with all the Christmas decor and this cabin delivered on that for sure!!!

Everything was to our liking. Great location and beautiful cabin. It just needed several cobwebs knocked down by the front door.

The condo was beautiful! It was very close to everything on 76 but very quiet. Pictures were perfect. Kitchen was fully equipped. We would definitely come back to this property if we return to Branson.
