Stayed May 26, 2024There was no dishwashing sponge, the patio chairs were all damaged and ripped. The sheets and blankets were not cleaned and smelled. There was no hand soap and the lotion container was empty. All the spices in the cabinet was nearly empty. The next morning, when we wanted to take a shower, there was nobody wash and the rest of the towels were dirty and had a stain so we could not even take a shower! Worst of all, when I reached out to the manager this morning and sent her pictures, response was very rude, and disrespecting, and after a couple of messages, messages back-and-forth, she blocked my number!!! Please be mindful that things happens, but as a manager to customer, the way she replied, it is hard of question! If I have been charged for cleaning fee and I paid $255 to stay a few hours, You should have been prepared for the guest arrival. I was not supposed to look for every single item all around the house! I have all our communication in texts Along with the pictures. Please let me know. How can we handle the situation.
