Cozy 4BR Cabin w/ Private Sauna & Near Hot Springs

Great place to stay! The cabin was comfortable and clean. We especially enjoyed the king sized, comfortable beds. My family commented on how we all slept. Lots of cute added touches like welcome snacks and a coffee mug my son was excited about. Three different thermostats to accommodate everyone. Excellent communication with the owner.

The house is beautiful, and so is the setting. Great spot for a big group…plenty of space for people to spread out and relax. Pretty soundproof too.

Jeremy, the host, was very communicative and made everything easy. The cabin is stunning. One of my favorite houses we’ve ever rented. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay at the Cozy Cabin at Three Peaks! The cabin is absolutely beautiful, with stunning views and plenty of room for everyone. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the space is beautifully decorated - cozy and inviting throughout (I took design tips from the bathrooms, great ideas for our home). The kitchen was well appointed - our group loves to cook and we had everything we needed. Mornings were a highlight, spent reading in the sunroom, and the family room with wood-burning stove was perfect for watching movies at night. We also loved relaxing in the sauna and hiking on the nearby trails. To top it all off, Jeremy was a fantastic host! He made us feel truly welcome and was great with communication from start to finish. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and will definitely be back!

The cabin is cozy and perfect for our group. Everything is clean and the kitchen has everything we need. Jeremy is a great host. He always answers questions quickly. This is our second stay here and we just booked a third one.

As advertised. Great cabin tucked away in the woods. The sunroom is a wonderful place to turn off the phone and read a book. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Jeremy was an excellent host. He was friendly, responded quickly to messages, and arranged for an early check-in. The cabin was stocked nicely to consider comforts and convenience, including s'mores supplies and chipmunk food. There was a lot of guidance about local activities to enhance our stay. The cabin itself is clean and full of charm. The setting is the Rocky Mountains at its finest with views of fouteeners, gorgeous forest, a nearby lake, and even herds of deer wandering by the wrap-around deck. Mt. Princeton hot springs is a quick, 15-minute drive. I would definitely stay here again.

This was a wonderful cabin in a beautiful mountain setting! We loved the mountain views and the comfortable rooms.

Location was great for OHV trail access and visiting surrounding towns. House was comfortable and well equipped for 4 couples with a large deck with chipmunks, hummingbirds and occasional deer to view. Jeremy was a helpful and considerate host!

Beautiful mountain getaway, with gorgeous grounds, mountain friends, hikes and hot springs! Lovely personal touches and sauna. Great host who was very responsive and accommodating!

Everything was perfect, check-in was easy had good communication with Jeremy and kitchen had all we needed cookouts. It just felt like we were in out home.

We had great time. The cabin was perfect fit for us 4 bed 4 bath. Everyone had their own room and bathroom There's plenty of beds no one was crowded or sleeping on an uncomfortable futon or pullout mattress. It really was a perfect setup, with a good location. Parking with a long trailer is a little tricky but no big deal. We were able to ride our SxS's to all the trails from the cabin. We didn't get a chance to try out the sauna. I can't think of anything negative to say about the place it really was prefect fit for our group of 10.

Oh ny gosh! Words can't express how nice this place was. We had 9 people staying and had plenty of room for everyone. We can't wait to go back. Jeremy was a great host and was always in contact. The power was out in the area due to a fire. He let me know what was going. We hope to go back next year.

If we could give this place 10 stars we would. Everything was perfect for our friends who haven't been together in a couple of years. Jeremy is the best host ever and so easy to communicate with. We don't want to stay anywhere else now. You will not regret staying here.

Our group of friends throughly enjoyed our stay. The house was super comfortable and beautifully situated in Chalk Creek Canyon--minutes from both Mt. Princeton Hot Springs and St. Elmo. Great indoor and outdoor group gathering settings, comfortable beds and fully functional kitchen. Jeremy was easy to communicate with and took good care of us by providing snacks, coffee and firewood. We have all stayed in numerous home rentals and this is a favorite!

Came for a bachelorette party and had such an amazing time! The host left a lovely gift and there was plenty of space for all the girls. The wood stove was set up and so easy to light the first night. Would absolutely stay again as the views were great and the host was tops!

Communicate with the owner was very good. Instructions were clear and accurate. The home is very clean and well organized and equipped with all the necessary items. Plenty of seating, beds and space to spread out. The views from the various decks are great. I would highly recommend this home for your snowmobile trip

We had an outstanding experience with renting this home. Jeremy is a great host, with timely and informative communications. The location was perfect for our outdoor adventure of exploring the area with the Polaris RZR we rented. The trailhead for Mount Antero, Tincup and Hancock pass are literally accessible from this location without trailering to them… a huge bonus! The house is clean, well appointed, and very comfortable. We used the sauna after a long day, and it was great ! We definitely will be coming back.

This is a must stay place near St. Elmo, CO. The cabin is great for large families because of the amount of space in the cabin. The welcome basket and handwritten card was such a great touch that made the stay even special.

The communications are very thorough and the best with this property owner! Great place, clean, comfy, and just a perfect getaway! We hope to return!

Amazing! Very clean and spacious. Plenty of bedrooms and baths for the 7 of us ( all guys) so we needed separate beds . Master bedroom was very nice and separated from others a - so quiet! Kitchen had everything we needed. Decks were great with awesome views. Bbq grill and fire pit were nice too. Close to trails to ride atv’s so we only had to trailer them one day. Saw lots of wildlife in and near yard and trails would definitely recommend this pm and already talking about returning Host was very helpful and answered all questions promptly.
