Cozy 3 Bedroom with King Beds, Mountain View, Game Room, WiFi, Hot Tub, Fire Pit

This rental house is exactly as advertised. Very clean, beautifully and recently decorated, and in a great location. We especially liked layout of the house. Two king size bedrooms on one side of the house and one on the opposite side, providing much privacy. We watched several movies in the Theater room which is equipped with super comfy reclining theater chairs. All the comforts of home.We meet my brother and sister in law in TN every year. This cabin was perfect for our family! The cabin is clean, spacious, and has great extras for the kids--movie theater and game room! The hot tub is great and you get a nice sunset view from the porch. The community is quiet and a perfect place to spend the week.As for location, it's only a 10 minute drive to Metcalf Bottoms and about a 15 minute drive to the Townsend Wye.

Communication was clear and prompt before and after our stay. We had a very enjoyable, peaceful Christmas trip. We really enjoyed the game room and theater room. We prepared a breakfast feast for our Christmas Eve dinner. We had everything we needed and then some to keep us entertained.

The house was nice and clean. Had all the amenities we needed. Game room was nice, theater room was nice. Plenty of room for parking especially with a trailer if needed. Water got dingy the last few days. There is another rental in the back yard that is close by. No one there while we were so it was quiet.

The cabin’s location is fantastic — within about 30 minutes you can easily reach Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge, which made exploring the area very convenient. That said, the cabin itself has several flaws that made our stay less comfortable than we had hoped. There were no dressers or hangers in the closets, which made unpacking for a week-long stay difficult. The master bedroom’s bed was extremely noisy, squeaking with even the slightest movement, and the living room furniture was uncomfortable, with some pieces appearing broken or heavily worn. The game room was another disappointment, as the air hockey table was broken — a letdown for the kids who had been looking forward to it. The biggest frustration, however, was the gas fireplace. We were excited to use it, but it wouldn’t light at first. Customer service was excellent and quickly sent Will to help, but even after he got it working, the fire would only stay lit for about 10 minutes before going out, no matter the flame setting. Overall, we did enjoy our stay thanks to the great location and responsive customer service, but the cabin itself could benefit from some much-needed updates and repairs.

Clean and convenient stay

Everything was great! The neighborhood, the distance to everything, and the views were amazing. Loved it!

Nice peaceful I love it

The cabin is gorgeous. It was immaculately clean. We are a family of four. There were plenty of towels provided. Couches are comfortable. Our teenagers loved the game room and theater. Bedrooms are spacious with king size beds. The last bath is huge. Has a big back deck with gas grill. The fire pit is wood burning so keep that in mind if you plan to use it. Location is good. Just a short drive to Pigeon Forge with good roads and a paved driveway. Just an FYI you do have to go up a few steps to get into the main part of the house no matter which way you go in. They aren’t steep or hard to climb but they are there if you have someone in your party that has issues with stairs. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay and would stay here again

We loved it here. Great cabin, great location. Easy to get to, easy in and out from main roads. Well worth it for all of us.
