The open-plan living area seamlessly blends the kitchen, dining, and lounge spaces, with French doors and full-length windows framing picturesque views of the enclosed decking area. Whether you're curling up by the electric fire or enjoying a meal for two at the intimate dining table, every moment at Copse Lodge is designed for relaxation and connection.

Beyond the comforts of the lodge, adventure awaits right on your doorstep. Situated by a bridle path, Copse Lodge serves as an ideal base for exploring the stunning natural beauty of the Lake District on foot, by bike, or on a refreshing run. While offering a serene escape, the lodge remains conveniently close to the vibrant towns of Windermere and Bowness, allowing you to easily venture out and enjoy their offerings before returning to your peaceful haven.

ACCOMMODATION SUMMARY
Bedroom: King-sized double bed with luxury linens, blackout blind, walk-in wardrobe (rail, hangers, shoe rack, secure safe) and a hairdryer.
Bathroom: En-suite shower room with large walk-in shower, twin hand basins, double light-up mirrors, hand towels, bath sheets, heated towel rail and luxury Cole and Lewis toiletries.
Living Space: The open-plan kitchen, dining, and living room have French doors and full-length windows overlooking enclosed decking. It features central heating and an electric stove.
Kitchen: Fully equipped (electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, pans, utensils, crockery, cutlery, kettle, toaster).
Dining Area: Dining table with seating for two.
Lounge Area: Two-seater sofa, matching armchair, cushions, throws, a WiFi-enabled Smart TV with streaming apps (You will require your own login details for the streaming apps) and a DVD player.
Outdoors: Enclosed elevated decking area with a bistro set and parasol and ample parking for two cars.
Communal Facilities: There is a laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board, freezer, and dog towels. Use of these facilities is free.

THINGS TO NOTE:
Up to two medium-sized dogs or one larger dog are welcome. For guidance, the owner considers a large dog to be a Labrador, Alsatian, Husky, or a similar-sized dog.
- Dogs must not be permitted on the furniture or beds and must not be left unattended in the lodge at any time. 
- You must clear up after your dog(s) and dispose of the bagged waste appropriately.
Due to the remote location, mobile network coverage can be patchy, but each lodge has its own WiFi, so you’re not completely cut off from the outside world.
Bed linen, towels and a starter supply of consumables are provided for guests.
High Borrans Lodges are designed for couples. We do not recommend them for families with infants or toddlers.
Smoking, including vapes and e-cigarettes, is not permitted indoors.
The lodge is situated on a working farm with livestock, which may occasionally bring the sounds and smells associated with farming.
