This Cabin home features two relaxing patios, a full kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a loft area for full relaxation needs. Tv's are movie capable, bring your own or choose from one of the old classics on hand. Get away from the hustle and bustle and enjoy the fresh air. Close to many lakes and Sunrise Ski resort. Large Fireplace allows full comfort in the cold Winter months.
No Parties, No Pets, or landline. The house does get cell reception and hot spots can be used to access internet.

We pride ourselves in being able to keep this home clean. We follow the current guidelines to ensure the safety of our staff and guests. Check out time is critical to our continued abilities to stay ahead of any issues and be able to fully clean and disinfect the property.
Man cave is off limits, any violation of this will result in being charged for damages, repairs and or missing items.
If you leave items in the Property and wish to have them returned, you will be responsible for the shipping and handling charges.
Please leave Property as you found it; excessive Check-Out cleaning may result in additional charge (determined by severity).
Heater should be set at 60 to 65 degrees during the winter months. The fireplace can be used for additional heat. A $240 charge will be added to your stay if you use up all the propane. Propane refills will be charged based on your need and usage. A tank should last a month long.
Repairs: The Home is inventoried and inspected before and after Guest occupancy. We try to make sure everything is in good repair prior to your Check-In (4pm) but in the event there are any housekeeping, damage or maintenance issues, please report them immediately to avoid additional charges and to make sure your stay is enjoyable from the beginning. Properly working appliance, electronics, are not guaranteed. A 24-Hour answering service is available for emergency situations (i.e. a/c, electrical, plumbing). All repairs will be made as soon as possible. No compensation or credit will be given for temporary outage of electricity, gas, water, cable, or other utilities. Outages should be reported immediately, and all efforts will be made to have them restored as soon as possible.
Housekeeping and Initial Supplies: Your vacation accommodations will be cleaned and inspected prior to your arrival and after your departure. You will be responsible for the cleaning of the home during your stay and for leaving the home in good condition at check-out. Daily maid service is not included. We respectfully request that you remember that you are staying in someone's home during your vacation; please treat it with care as you would your own. Linens (Bathroom, Kitchen and Bedroom) are provided and are the renter's responsibility to wash, if needed. If requested, we can supply new towels and linens for a fee. The provided towels and linens may not be removed from the home. Your reservation includes a one-time linen and towel set-up, an initial starter set up of trash liners, dishwasher detergent, paper towels, and toilet paper. The guest is responsible for purchasing these items, as well as cleaning supplies, once the initial supply is gone.
***In the event, excessive housekeeping services are required at departure, due to the guest’s inability to care for the property in a proper manner or abide by departure instructions (see above), additional cleaning charges will apply. Home owner is not responsible for any excessive housekeeping charges incurred by the guest. Home owner reserves the right to charge the credit card on file for any additional housekeeping charges and/or lost/damaged linens.
Eviction: Home owner reserves the right to evict any guest that provides falsified information or causes the following (but not limited to): excess noise or disturbances, participation in an unlawful activity such as drug use, underage alcohol use or fighting. If law enforcement or resort security is dispatched to the property, an automatic eviction will occur. All evictions will result in forfeits of all rents and security deposits.
Fire code violations are taken very seriously, and fines could be levied by city and county authorities.
Smoking/Grilling: Property is NON-SMOKING. Violators will be charged to the extent of the damage incurred which could include loss of rental revenue, new paint, carpet, drapes and all upholstered furniture. There are appropriate grilling areas designated to the deck areas, Excluding the patio above the garage.
Pets: NO Pets allowed. Service dogs are permitted in certain units with the authorization by law. A $250.00 non-refundable pet fee will be applied to the reservation if found out pets were brought without prior authorization. Exception: Service animals are not included in this and are permitted to any property. If you have a service animal, it must be registered at the time of reservation.
Age Requirement: We do have a strict age requirement with all of ourrental. All guests must be 25 years of age or older and provide proper identification. Children are welcome when accompanied by a parent or guardian. Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of all monies paid and will not be permitted to check-in. Any falsified information is terms for eviction and will not be refunded.
Unlawful Activity: Guests and any invitees of Guests shall obey all of the laws of the state of Arizona and local laws. No underage drinking or partying is allowed on the Property. If Home Owner is made aware of these activities, we will be forced to remove the Guests from the Property. All rental payments and deposits will be forfeited. Guests and invitees in violation will be removed by local law enforcement.
Authorization to Charge Credit Card: Home owner reserves the right to charge the credit card that was used to process this reservation for any damage done to the Property, its contents, any items missing, and any fines incurred during your stay resulting from violation of rules.
Hold Harmless
The undersigned Guest, for himself/herself, his/her heirs, assignors, executors, and administrators, fully releases and discharges Home Owner from any and all liabilities, claims, demands and causes of action by reason of any injury, loss or damage by whatever nature which has or have occurred, or may occur to the undersigned, or any of his/her invitees as a result, or in connection with the occupancy of the Property and agrees to hold Home Owner free and harmless of any claim or suit arising therefrom. In any action concerning the rights, duties or liabilities of the parties to this Agreement, the principals, agents, successors or assignees of the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, through all appeals. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona. The Home owner reserves the right to terminate this Agreement upon its discretion at any time. This Agreement may be signed in counterparts. Legible fax copies, scanned copies and photocopies of documents signed by either party are deemed to be equivalent to originals.

All of the amenities were very nice.
Our five (5) senior men on a hiking week were extremely happy with the accommodations at Comfy Cabin. Great central location, all the amenities we needed, large rooms, with plenty of beds, bathrooms (a bonus bathroom in the man cave. The only negative was no cable television service, which was not apparent from the VRBO posting. Otherwise, we were very happy campers!!
Wonderful mountain escape. Perfect for visiting our family who happen to live in the area. This was our third year here and it’s always comforting to return to a familiar, unique, and relaxing location.
THE STAY WAS GREAT HAD A GREAT TIME THE CABIN WAS OUTSTANDING. WE HAD A SMALL ISSUE WHEN WE GOT THEIR THE HOUSKEEPER HAD AN EMERGENCY SO THE TRASH HAD NOT BEEN THROWN THE BED IN THE MASTER BED ROOM WAS NOT MADE THE STUFF FOR THE BED WAS IN THE WASHER AND DRYER BUT OTHER THAN THAT SMALL THING EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT
Perfect location. Very comfortable home, quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Wildlife walking through property. Birds plentiful. Outside seating everywhere with comfortable chairs.
I went up to Springerville as a spontaneous trip with my family and worried about driving through the storm to Greer where I was going to stay waS. Cassandra offered us to stay at her cabin and worked with me on the days. She got the cabin ready for an earlier check in due to the storm. She was very responsive. The cabin was absolutely beautiful and I enjoyed my stay.
We enjoyed our stay at this cabin which was very clean and stocked with games and books. The surroundings were beautiful. The cabin is spacious and lovely. It was the perfect get-away. Thank you!
This home is lovely. We enjoyed our stay so much and would recommend it as a must stay option in Eagar.
We've stayed here twice. It is a super convenient base for outdoor excursions especially fishing and hunting if your getting up early / coming home late in the Big Lake area. It was clean and kitchen is was well appointed. We liked the great room with fireplace for hanging out as a family. We will return!
My two sons and I stayed a long weekend in November using the house as a base for outdoor activities. It was clean and well equipped and more conveniently located than Greer for where we were going. We cooked dinner in both nights and the kitchen was well supplied. There were no problems at all and communication with owner was great. We're going back this year!
Such a fun stay. Beautiful property. Everything was supplied. It was close to great hiking for the mornings and then quiet afternoons listening to the rain (monsoon season). Want to go again!
We absolutely loved this house...the layout and superb construction was much admired. Only negative observations included: a leaky faucet aerator (which we fixed); difficulty opening the back door; lots of dust bunnies and assorted items under primary bed; broken window in queen bedroom; & a squeaky ceiling fan in twin bedroom (we used the tower fan provided instead). Also, might suggest some non-slip or brightly colored stripping on the front steps. The house is a real beauty and we will absolutely be staying in there again in the future.
The house was gorgeous and we enjoyed the location. Took our kids to the top of sunrise, drove to big lake and still had time for ice cream in Eagar while looking at the night stars. (Right before the monsoons hit.). We enjoyed putting the puzzles together and listening to the rain outside. It was a peaceful and pleasant weekend, perfect get a way when temperatures in the valley were 110+. I guess the only downside would be a small dining table and hard to open back door lock. But those couldn't take away from the whole experience which was PERFECT! Thank you!

Was looking to take the family out of the heat of our hometown and disconnect from technology. While the cabin has wifi, we didn’t tell our kids that and we enjoyed 4 wonderful days of family time. The cabin is located close to town, but far enough away to feel remote. Multiple lakes within 10-20 minute drive to enjoy the outdoors. The different porches provide a nice sitting area to relax and take in nature. We saw multiple deer throughout our stay. When not outside we enjoyed multiple board games and watching movies. Would stay again!
Over all it was a getaway worth it, wish we could of stayed longer.
