Coach’s Quarters on the Creek- A Night in the Trees!

Had a great time at this treehouse overlooking the creek! Perfect hosts and would love to visit again!

We loved staying in this adorable tree house. It’s like a tiny home in the trees. It has everything you need. Spotless! Also had 2 very sweet visitors, chocolate chip and Oreo are the owners’ miniature horses.

We had a wonderful stay at the treehouse! Our family loved the unique style of the treehouse as well as the beautiful property. We met up with friends for lunch, did some shopping and enjoyed the beautiful weather!

Overall it was a nice cabin, just not what we were expecting from photos. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The photo on the site isn’t at all what the grounds around it look like. The creek is pretty dried up with green algae. There was no lighter to light the fire and we had to go looking for firewood around the grounds. Water pressure in the shower was very weak, hard to even get soap out of your hair. Wasp nest by cabin door, and can of wasp spray was empty. We did love the mini horses and enjoyed feeding them daily. Also there is no tv, not that we were inside much but at night it would have been nice just to unwind.

Great location with a great view. It is a short drive into town, yet you are very much in the woods! The treehouse was very spacious, quiet, and relaxing. I would recommend this treehouse for anyone.

Loved our get out of town weekend stay in the treehouse. Definitely will stay here again on our next trip to Waco.

Overall the stay was fine. However, the stay was not clean. We had to wash the coffeemaker, we’re avid coffee drinkers and it was very dirty, inside and out. It was also dusty.

Cozy treehouse with a peaceful setting!

It was amazing. The drive in is absolutely beautiful getting to treehouse. When we pulled up it was everything we wanted. Peaceful, calm beauty of nature. The cabin itself was so cute. Clean, welcoming, and felt homey walking in. Decorated adorably. The hosts Coach and Tammy left great suggestions. Tammy won this round with George’s. LOL Overall if you want to feel some peaceful serenity and nature this is the place to go! Really enjoyed chatting with you Coach. Thank you for this memorable experience!

A lovely, private, clean treehouse. A great place to stay for a young couple or a young family with a couple of 5-12 year old kids. FYI, the stairs to the second level are very steep so not ideal for 60 knees.

Location location location! We came for a Baylor football game it was very convenient to getting to the stadium. The treehouse was just a perfect home base. Plenty of parking. Quite areas outside to reflex and take in the beauty of the creek. I loved the stain glass doors in the treehouse and the warm comfortable feeling. The suggestion board on the wall was a nice touch and we did check out a few of the suggestions. We would definitely return! Oh and I loved the four legged friends

The treehouse was cute, as well as the mini horses, but not really set up for a family with toddlers or teenagers. I think this is a great place for a family with children between the ages of 5 and 12. We had a hard time keeping our toddler from opening the door to outside and from going upstairs. We did some baricading with chairs etc, and it helped temporarily. Also, the air conditioner was not able to cool it down to a comfortable temperature for us. It was bearable downstairs for us at night, but not upstairs or during the day. We actually had to send our two older children to stay somewhere else, because they were too uncomfortable upstairs, and because there was only one bathroom that was by our bed and each time they came down they would wake the toddler. Btw, there is no real door or lock on the bathroom swinging door, so that also was difficult keeping a toddler out of there, and we felt like it lacked privacy. Unfortunately, I was not able to wash my hair because the shower pressure was so low, but I do have long thick hair so that didn't help. Another thing we noticed was the traffic noise. We didn't realize it was so close to a busy road. We were woke up a few times from booming stereos in the middle of the night.This is a super cute idea, and many will and have enjoyed it, however it was not a good fit for us. Not really anyones fault but our own. Despite all of my complaints, it was super cute, and we felt very safe out there, and that is very important!

We enjoyed a nice getaway to the treehouse. It was a beautiful, peaceful place and the host were so kind to us. We will be going back!

Very nice quiet and clean

Gary the owner is extremely friendly, and very helpful. The accommodations are very excellent, a little tight. If you bring food suggest you bring an ice chest, there are no full size fridges. Everything is close by if you wish to go out and eat

Great. Bathroom little small for bigger people

Loved the place. Need to work on the directions that are provided. A little off. Also no water pressure in the shower. Otherwise a wonderful experience.

The treehouse was a fun part of our sporting break trip to Waco. The treehouse is close enough to downtown that you can get there in 15 minutes, but far enough that feel away and secluded. The kids loved petting the miniature horse and exploring.

Nice cozy little tree house. It was a quick weekend get away and the tree house was perfect for that. Very rustic feel inside. The back deck was nice. In the mornings and the evenings we would watch the deer as we drank our coffee. There was not a TV so we really got to spend time together and enjoy nature from the deck.

Our stay at Coach’s Quarters unique treehouse was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the beautiful design, cozy atmosphere, and all the special touches that made it such a memorable experience. The hospitality was top-notch, and we truly enjoyed our visits with their adorable miniature horse, Chocolate Chip—she was the sweetest! We can’t wait to come back and experience this wonderful getaway again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful and one-of-a-kind stay!”

Beautiful treehouse inside and out! We stayed during freezing weather and it was still cozy and accommodating. Sweet animals on the property greeted us and made it so special. Super close to all our Waco activities.

We had such a great weekend. This treehouse accomodated 4 adult women perfectly. The space was clean, well maintained and felt perfect for a girls trip.
