Very clean home. Very close to the island . The railings going up the steps to the home are loose . Overall a great stay. A suggestion for the futon - maybe get a stowaway foam topper. Loved the area .

Ms. Sabrina was super easy to communicate with from the time we booked until we arrived for pur stay. The property was very clean, spacious, and fully stocked. The surrounding area was very quiet and relaxing. The location is perfect, as you're within minutes of shopping, restaurants, and other entertainment. The home was immaculate and just perfect for 2 couples. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. And Sabrina is wonderful. Answers questions immediately. Gave us good suggestions for places to eat and see.

Very clean and really Quiet area

The house was in a good neighborhood minutes off the parkway, which made all things in Pigeon Forge convenient. The property owner was so nice, very helpful, and was fast with getting back with us. For the price we paid, we will definitely be back to the River Retreat with our little family!

Overall great experience and great location. Quiet neighborhood and easy access to everything. The family loved the bear theme and went on a count of how many bears they could find in the decorations. Will book again when I visit the area next time.

Mrs Sabrina has a beautiful little house. It’s always clean and well prepared. The neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful.

I cannot say enough great things! This place was perfect for our vacation. It is about a mile from the Parkway, but you would not know it. It is so quiet and beautiful. It was super clean and we had everything we needed. This owner pays attention to detail. We even had laundry detergent! There are USB ports in the kitchen and bedrooms (plenty of them) for charging devices. We brought charging blocks with us and did not have to use them. Check in was a breeze as well as check out as the owner has a laminated list of what to do in the kitchen. Also, this could easily sleep two families with kids. The living room has a couch that folds back into bed with a trundle pull out underneath. There is also a smaller chair that folds out for someone to sleep on as well as the full sized couch that could fit someone else. We will absolutely be staying here again and I will be telling friends and family about it!

Very clean and spacious and a good price for what you get

I stayed at the River Retreat with my husband, parents (in their 70s,) and three kids (2, 6, 8.) We found it conveniently located, cute, clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with kitchen appliances/dishes/dish soap/laundry detergent. It worked really well for our vacation.

The pictures were on point. No surprises, what you see is what tou get. Nice home and comfortable.

We had such a great time at this place :) it’s roomy with plenty of outdoor spaces. There was a nice little trail walk along the creek not too far from the home with a cute little picnic area too. It’s literally a 5 or less minute drive to the main parkway. Our family recommends the diner that is located right where you turn to get to the house. Have a great time like us and rent this place for your trip you won’t be disappointed

We had a great time during our three-night stay! The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Very quiet neighborhood and we loved being so close to the river. Excellent location for Dollywood, restaurants and not far from Gatlinburg! The host was very responsive too. Wonderful experience!

This was a great location for exploring the area! 15 minutes to Dollywood, short drive to Smoky Mountains, and just off the busy main stretch of Pigeon Forge, yet close enough could be there in moments. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen well stocked for making breakfast each day and a few dinners. Quiet neighborhood for easily taking a walk the few days we returned in daylight. Would definitely stay again if we return to the area.

We have stayed at this property several times and it exceeds all expectations. Super clean, comfortable beds and a fantastic location. Close to the attractions yet located near the river in a very quiet residential neighborhood. Sabrina is wonderful! We have more trips booked already. I can’t say enough great things about this home.

Comfortable beds, great family room for watching movies, recliners built into each end of the couch, and a gas fireplace. Kitchen has a convenient coffee station with options for making a cup or whole pot of coffee.

this place was great right by the river. Close to the center of pigeon Forge, which was awesome and close to any grocery store. I brought stuff but didn’t even need it because everything was there. Definitely will stay again.
