It's a great time to visit Asheville! While the area recovers from Tropical Storm Helene there are fewer visitors than normal so it is easy to park and explore downtown. Many locals love this chance to be tourists in our own town as we support local businesses.

Great place to stay! Close to a lot of attractions. This is by far the cleanest house we have ever rented. Kellie is very responsive. Can’t wait to come back!

Communication with the owner was excellent. I've stayed in 4 different VRBO homes in NC mountains. This was the best. Very clean well kept. Owner gives you ideas of places to go. I had been to a few before. But, the information was great! I will be using the cabin again when we go to the mountains.

We had a wonderful stay at the cabin. Larger than we really needed but oh, that hot tub felt good after a day of hiking. Lots of really nice trails within an easy drive. The cabin was beautifully appointed and especially pleasant the day we realized we'd overdone it and needed a rest day. The host was very informative with excellent recommendations for local attractions and activities. We hope to visit again.

Firstly, host communication was superb! The cabin was well located and had every single thing we could possibly want. Including luxury soap/shampoos etc in all bathrooms. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking items. We loved the property, the hot tub, the porch swings! It was the perfect stay for our family and we will definitely return!

Ladies getaway, this property was the perfect place for us! Laughter around the fire pit and in the hot tub, fun day of shopping in the quaint little town of Weaverville and the outlet mall in Asheville. Wonderful weekend. Highly recommend!

We were excited to visit the Asheville-Weaverville area for the first time. But having a great place to land at the end of the day is just as important - and the Pera Tree Cabin did not disappoint. All of the comforts of home and then some! The cabin was the most well-equipped, finished and appointed that we have experienced. The attention to detail did not go unnoticed - from the spacious kitchen to the bedrooms and baths, and the outdoor hot tub provided us with the perfect ending to our busy days of tours, hikes and dining.
