Everything waa perfect, very enjoyable.

This property exceeded our expectations in every possible way. The accommodations were absolutely amazing! It was clean, comfortable, thoughtfully set up, and clearly cared for with pride. The setting was peaceful and quiet, making it the perfect place to relax, unwind, and truly enjoy the trip without distractions.Mary and George were outstanding hosts. They were incredibly kind, responsive, and genuinely invested in making sure our stay was perfect from start to finish. Any questions we had were answered quickly, and they went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed and taken care of.We would absolutely stay here again and have even already recommended this property to friends. We can’t wait to come back!

Hosts were so welcoming and the jacuzzi was incredible. Beautiful property. We absolutely LOVED the cows!

The hot tub was hot and ready for us at check in. The cabin was cozy and comfortable. The cows on property were fun to visit. The owner was very pleasant and helpful. We would definitely stay again if we visit this area in the future.

Our host was very friendly and accommodating. Lodging provided an incredible experience. Really had the rustic feel we were looking for. Very convenient location close to Tallulah Gorge, black rock mountain, and Helen. I highly recommend this property, not only if you're looking to visit one of the 3 attractions, but also if you're just looking to get away. Plenty of dishes, glasses, and pans to cook with. The hot tub is an excellent addition as well. Our host had firewood ready for us to make a bonfire as well. I thought that was very thoughtful. I hope to be back again sooner rather than later!

Could not have asked for a better stay met with the hosts for a few minutes to ask about something and they were super friendly helped walk me through the property. Amenities showed me where the fire pit was all the firewood and anything else we needed very hospitable. The property was very nice although I will say the driveway up into the unit is a bit of a steep climb for some cars. My SUV struggled a little bit, but it wasn’t impossible. Highly recommend this place.

The property was beautiful but the cleaning fees were outrageous given the fact we had to clean prior to leaving. We were to wash dishes and put them away, take out the trash, strip the beds yet the cleaning fee was nearly the same cost as the 2 night stay.

It's a nice barn/cabin out away from people. My only complaint is the water pressure in the shower.

What a wonderful quiet getaway. The hosts were wonderful and responsive. We wanted a place away from the crowds, yet close to water falls and nature trails. Almost every day we had deer and turkey grazing.

Beautiful place to stay and enjoy the local area. Fresh Blueberries growing right outside the front door! Thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

We have stayed everywhere in USA 5 star motels in Hawaii..etc..Canada...but for a quick getaway I decided to try something different...my 1st time VRBO or anything not motel...we were absolutely thrilled with this place. Quiet, clean, near to all the mountain falls and parks in the area...nature all around...great hosts..we plan on going back there in the fall. I am so glad I took a leap and tried VRBO!!!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Rustic Hideaway! The location is extremely convenient to everything Clarkesville and the surrounding areas have to offer, but it feels like you’re far from everything once you’re out there! The space was extremely clean and welcoming. The hot tub was the perfect way to unwind after a full day of exploring and hiking. The guest contacts are nearby onsite, but remain scarce unless they’re needed for any questions. We’ll definitely be back, thank you for the hospitality. This was the perfect way to ring in the New Year and celebrate 15 years of marriage.

We loved ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING ! Seriously , the cabin is well supplied,the hot tub was so nice the bed comfortable.We truly enjoyed our get away at this rustic hide away ! We hope to come back soon and the cows were so awesome !

We had the best mini getaway at Rustic Hidaway. The cabin was so cute & cozy, and the location was priviate, yet near local towns and trails. The hosts were so welcoming and quick to respond to anything we needed. Looking forward to booking again in the future!

Location was great! The place was very accommodating, the cows were great and the place was very quiet. The cabin was very cozy and comfortable! The hot tub was the best part of everything! The location is really quiet and I would definitely recommend!!

This place is perfect for being near some great hiking! We went up and did some nearby hiking at Tallulah Gorge State Park and even spent a full day just relaxing in the hot tub and sitting out in the peaceful farm with the cows nearby! The cabin itself is great and perfect size for a romantic getaway. The owners Mary and George are also wonderful! We had the opportunity to have a chat with each of them and they are so kind and lovely! We would definitely recommend the Rustic Hideaway!

If you want to experience some peace, this place is nice and peaceful with a huge hot tub to relax in. We stayed here and it rained in the evening. Something rain hitting a tin roof, in the hot tub while sipping on wine to bring full relaxation!

Loved the layout and decor of the location! We got a plus seeing some really cute pet cows too!

I booked this location because I love highland cows but there is so much more to enjoy about this property. The cows were wonderful (I am a farm girl at heart originally from Upstate NY). Each morning we would sit outside drinking our coffee and watch bunnies as they frolicked among the bushes. A bonus - the deer (and baby fawn) wandering from the woods nearby. The property has a hot tub and propane grill, kitchen with all the tools and appliances one would need. Very comfortable bed and overall clean accommodations. Owners are on-site and personable, conscientious about checking-in to ensure everything is okay. If you want to get away and enjoy nature in a relaxing and tranquil environment, this is the place to be, but you also have the option of hiking or touring nearby wineries - the best of both worlds!

Great Place. Well kept, and clean. The owners were extremely nice. Hot tub was great and clean. Only thing I would change is the outdoor fire pit is too far away. Otherwise, we really enjoyed the stay and would do that again.
