CIDER CABIN - Brown County's Finest Log Cabin

We rented the cabin for my son's graduation at IU. It was amazing! An easy drive to Bloomington for the events and then a peaceful, serene place to relax. Everything was beautiful and so green this time of year. I would definitely consider going back for a longer stay.

Beautiful place. Very quiet with all the amenities that one would need (lots of coffee, water, spices, utensils, grill, etc.). The owner was quick to respond.

The cabin was clean unless u gave it a real look. Lots of dust on the shades. The garage light shined right into the down stairs bedroom. There was noway to turn it off.and no curtain to block yhe light. There were no outside lights on the back deck for the hot tub. Very dark and dangerous. The outside landshape and gutters needed some help. The location was great and rhe cabin had plenty of room.

The cabin is absolutely beautiful! It was clean and came fully prepared for our visit. The communication with the owner was on point, quick to respond and was helpful with all our questions and needs. We highly recommend!

Great property!

We rented Cider Cabin for my bachelor party and everything was absolutely gorgeous. The deck is huge, there is plenty of bedrooms, the location is fairly secluded, everything was clean, in place, and modern and the property manager was easy to talk to and prompt in his responses. In fact, on the morning we left, I couldn't find my wallet and he went out of his way to make sure I got it back. The even have a Wii which me and my 22-25 year old friends had A LOT of fun with. This place may be a little more pricy than others in the area but trust me when I say it's worth every penny. If you're looking to stay in Nashville, IN I HIGHLY recommend you stay here.

We had a wonderful girl's getaway at Cider Cabin! The cabin is wonderful! It was fully stocked with the essentials (dish soap, towels, toilet paper, etc.) and very clean. The beds were very comfortable! We loved sitting on the screened porch or the deck with our morning coffee! Highly recommend!

Cabin was amazing! Rented it for a bachelorette weekend, all of us LOVED it and had a blast there. Wish it could’ve been a longer trip. Hosts were awesome, super easy to get ahold of, and the cabin is obviously well taken care of. 100/10 would stay again!

We had a great time! It took a little time getting used to the bathrooms in the bedrooms not having doors, but we figured it out. Proximity to Nashville and Brown County State Park are great. Loved the porches and outdoor spaces. Kitchen was well stocked. We would absolutely come back!

Cabin was nice and clean inside. We did not cook any meals, but kitchen etc was great for what we needed.A little surprise that there was not a shower on the first floor. And that there were no recliners in the living room.Lighting was not the best in some areas.Outside was not clean so we could sit outside. We were not able to use the wrap porch. We enjoyed what we could and thank you for your services.

Had a great time. Very Quite. Wish I didn't have to leave so soon.

This is the second time in about two weeks I have stayed here. It is very relaxing, clean.

The property was very nice, quiet , clean and was an excellent place to relax after working. I would recommend staying at this home.

Beautiful cabin on a beautiful secluded property. Responsive host. Well stocked cabin. Close to shopping.

Overall, this a great property and close to downtown Nashville. You’ll have just about everything you need in the kitchen but a new drip coffee maker is needed. The downstairs bedroom is located off the kitchen and doesn’t have a door which could be an issue for some. It has a big deck with hot tub but we didn’t use it for our stay. There’s a fire pit setup but we didn’t use it either due to our limited stay. I would suggest this cabin to anyone .

Great location. House was lovely and the kitchen was super. We spent a lot of time around the kitchen table. We wished the bathrooms and bedrooms upstairs had doors. We are used to having privacy.

Really loved the property. Very secluded yet quick access to Nashville and BCSP. The lack of doors in some areas was a bit strange, but not really a problem.

We came for a family wedding at Hard Truth. This was a convenient place for us to stay and be close to the activities.

This is a stunning cabin. It felt like home the moment we walked in. There were so many extras you don’t usually get at other places like soap, toilet paper, extra towels, tons of games and different spaces both inside and out could be enjoyed. The back deck was enclosed so we were comfortable with our 2 year old playing with her toys/exploring while we were playing games. Beds were comfortable. We will definitely be back.

Great location close to Brown County State Park and downtown Nashville! Hot tub was exactly what we needed after hiking. We had everything we needed and more. The welcome gifts were a very nice touch!

Lovely cabin with everything you’ll need to enjoy your stay. Comfortable beds, plenty of room to be together or spread out a bit. Beautiful kitchen with great cookware!

Wonderful place, especially in the fall season. Got to see some wildlife around the home, and ran over to the state park for a morning hike. Great spot that felt secluded but also just a short drive to anything you need (state park, restaurants, grocery, etc).

Nice , quiet, relaxing. Visited town, enjoyed the deck, enjoyed the quiet.

The property was just as listed! It felt even bigger in person and accommodated our 6 person group perfectly. The property was secluded and private and felt very peaceful. Just a short drive away from Brown County State Park and Downtown Nashville.The only note I would make is that it would have been nice to have doors on the two bathrooms upstairs.

It was a charming cabin in a quiet neighborhood that was perfectly away from everything and close at the same time! Will definitely stay again!

We enjoyed the peaceful cabin stay. It was convenient for our small bachelorette group to get into town for our activities and then come back and relax. The comfy living room was great for our game night. The only thing we wished was that there were doors or curtains on the upstairs bathrooms but overall it was perfect.

Ourstay was overall amazing. The house was perfect the property it sits on secluded quiet and beautiful. I would recommend this property to just about anyone. I just loved the absence of chaos. Nashville the little town had so much to offer. Plenty of entertainment amazing food and beautiful atmosphere.

I would not stay again. Watching tv was limited even using mobile hot spot. Really needs totally deep cleaned and updated especially for the price paid. Very dark and dreary inside. Looked like evidence of mouse droppings in bottom of stove.

We really enjoyed our stay. Very quiet location. Was very surprised by some of the extra items supplied. Would stay there again if in the area.

Great location. Comfortable furniture

We were looking for a nice quiet place to read and relax! We loved that it was close enough to town that we were able to get some shopping in. There wasn’t a single thing we were missing when we cooked a meal at the cabin. The hot tub was primed and ready to go when we got there. Plenty of wild life so it wasn’t eerily quiet. Plenty of space and bathrooms!

We decided to stay here over a weekend to spend quality family time together. It was the perfect place for this! We had a great stay and the cabin is beautiful! The hot tub didn’t work but the owner informed me of this immediately and gave me options incase that was a dealbreaker.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was really nice and well decorated. The appliances were top notch. The only drawback (though it didn't really affect our stay) was no door on a bathroom off of one of the bedrooms and Bottom floor bedroom had no door.

We had a wonderful stay this thanksgiving weekend! The accommodations were as described and the location was perfect!

The wife and I celebrated her 50th Birthday with our boys, it was a beautiful setting with deer you could watch come in the morning's!

Great house and very nice property. Manager was easy to contact and very responsive. Make sure you use the manager's instructions for finding the place, it's a bit tricky, especially in the dark. No door on first floor bedroom and second floor bathrooms, so just be aware of that for your group. A great stay, and would stay again!

Nice cabin with modern touches, lots of room and nice area.

We loved the cabin, the location, the scenery and the peacefulness. It is kind of odd that the bedroom downstairs does not have any kind of a door, but it is quite manageable. It is also odd that the bathrooms upstairs do not have doors, but you can get creative and make it work. The hot tub was very relaxing on a cool fall evening after spending all day shopping in downtown Nashville communication was fairly decent With the owners. Sometimes responses were a little late and not relevant when they came through overall wonderful place and would recommend we had four adult women for a girls weekend away and we were extremely satisfied with our trip.

Stay was very peaceful. It did rain the whole weekend but still was beautiful.

.We enjoyed the quiet atmosphere. .We appreciated having the air conditioning as temps were in the 90’s during our stay. .Laundry was left in the washer/dryer upon arrival. .We did not use the hot tub as the head rest was mildewed as well as some other parts. .It would have been nice to have a door on the downstairs bedroom and on the upstairs small bedroom bathroom. .It would have been helpful to have grab bars in the master bathroom. .Not all the windows have curtains and in unfamiliar surroundings it would have been nice to be able to close them at night. There was debris under the living room couch.

Great spot for close getaway to downtown Nashville. Showers are on the second story in case you have trouble with mobility!
