It was not a very good experience. There was only one bed that was comfortable and that was in the master bedroom. One room was so small you couldn’t even put your suitcase down and the bed was not big enough for two people. My husband had to sleep on the couch. The dishwasher was about to fall out of the wall. Bathroom sink in the bathroom near the garage wouldn’t drain. Hot tub caused the bedroom to be so hot and no one returned my phone call about it. Needs major updating.

Very very peaceful

The house was open and great for a family. The kitchen was very poorly stocked; no baking pans/sheets, not enough cooking utensils and not enough silverware. The owner needs to update/replace many rusty sinks. The decor could use updating but the rusty sinks are less than desirable.Also there is no heat in the lower level where two bedrooms are located. The management company is amazing. They were attentive to things we needed and very easy to work with. Bottom line, we would use the agency again but choose another location until Updates are made.

This was our second time here. We had a little different assortment of family this time. But it was all great. Twin beds would be nice in some of the bedrooms when there’s children.

Nice location and home. Hot tub didn’t work and pool table and sticks were in disrepair. Cute house. Good access and parking. Kitchen, living room and porch were great. Was quiet and overall a nice place.

My only sugeetion is that a simple retractable rollup shade be put on the deck to block out the late afternoon sun

We generally enjoyed the house. Some bathroom and bedroom doorknobs wouldn't lock or latch properly. A fenced yard with No gate is useless. Some blinds were inoperative. The light fixture above the tub in the hall bathroom leaked after the rain Tuesday night. So basically a few fixes are needed to make this nice house better. Having the hot tub in the master bedroom is awkward. But it is broken anyway. Also I didn't see the 2 step sunken living room mentioned in the ad and was a problem for our 8 year old in a wheelchair chair. We made do and our family had a good visit in beautiful Ruidoso.

Pictures are deceiving online. Walked into an unkept rental. Pool sticks were mostly broken, only two were usable and one was a short stick. Master suite bed was broken, bottom sheet was not fitted which made for a restless night due to the sheet rolling up. A piece of dirty carpet was placed in the master bathroom. Bedding through out the home was dated and dirty ( I have pictures if needed). Toilet seat in down stairs bathroom did not fit the toilet, shower curtain had what appeared to be blood on the inside. Carpet was dirty. Barstools in kitchen are old and unsafe, walls around bar need proper repair. Filthy between stove and counters, stove needs to be pulled out and cleaned behind. All sinks in bath I are rusted with the exception of the bathroom coming in from the garage, which is weirdly located. Spa in master says it’s not advertised on the web site but it is listed as an amenity. The yard is horribly kept, dirty and unsafe for kids to play in. The only positive is the deck, and even that needs to have a cover that doesn’t let rain in, we were forced to sit in the dirty garage when it rained, used one of the lawn chairs in the garage and it collapsed when my brother sat in it. Don snd Christie’s Nut House needs to be listed as Don and Christie’s Dirty Not as advertised House. We won’t be staying again and will not recommend Condotel’s again.

We really enjoyed our stay.

We had 3 adults and two teenagers. Downstairs worked great for teens, adults stayed upstairs. Quiet neighborhood with wildlife and great views!
