Please note the following important details prior to check-in:
• A valid government-issued ID is required before your arrival.
• Guests must be 25 years or older to book this property.
• If you are under 25, a $500 security deposit will be required prior to check-in. This deposit will be refunded after your stay, following a property inspection by our cleaning team. Refunds may take 14–30 days to process.

Long-Term Stays:
For stays of an extended duration, a refundable security deposit of $500–$750 will be required. The exact amount will depend on the length of your stay and will be communicated prior to booking/check-in. The deposit will be returned after checkout, provided there are no damages or other charges incurred during the stay.

• Please turn up the temperature immediately upon arrival, as it can take up to 12 hours or longer to heat fully—especially in colder months.
• Always leave the cover on when not in use to preserve heat.
• Do not sit or place anything on the hot tub cover—they are fragile and costly to replace. If damage occurs, the security deposit will be forfeited.
• Guests must shower before use, and no food or drinks are allowed in the hot tub. A $100 fee will apply if the water must be drained due to misuse.

• No smoking is permitted anywhere on the property
• We provide a starter set of essentials, including:
• Dish soap, 1 sponge, and 2 trash bags per bin
• Basic cooking tools, dishes, and silverware
• Bathroom amenities: hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, 1 towel per guest, and 2–3 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom

If these supplies run out during your stay, guests are responsible for restocking according to their needs.
