We loved the cabin, it was small & simple yet had everything we needed. We spend most of our time outdoors so being right on the river and being able to sit out by the river with a fire in the evenings was exactly what we love. We brought our bikes so the swinging bridge was fantastic to be able to cross the river and be right into town instead of going down the long alleyway each time to the main bridge. Nice hot water with a good shower head which is important for my husband. The host was super friendly and even offered us his tubes one day if we wanted to tube the river. My husband and I both greatly enjoyed ourselves and are looking forward to staying again and hopefully bringing our two granddaughters with us the next time. The front porch has several rocking chairs and a table with stools which we ate all our meals at over looking the river. I loved the lights that lined that patio at night as it was such a beautiful view at night when you’re sitting by the campfire.

The cabin was absolutely perfect. Great location, just as described. The hot tub was new and clean and the water was hot like it should be. The river was so peaceful. We had a campfire each night and thoroughly enjoyed the wildlife, views, the Great Smokey’s and the town of Townsend. The owners were quick to respond to any questions and provided great and thorough information. Highly recommend!!

This cabin is great! We really enjoyed the views of the river and the hot tub was nice after a long day of hiking. Everything was very clean and the necessities were well stocked. The hosts were EXTREMELY helpful and quick to respond when we couldn't get the keypad to work and that was so appreciated. The instructions for check in and check out were very clear and made it easy to navigate what was needed. The only problems we had were that there were no chairs at the river like the twin cabin beside us, and the loft where the bed is was a little warm, however there was a provided fan, so we used that (which was also really appreciated).

This was a great location for a quick getaway! Quiet location. We spent the afternoon and evenings on the porch watching the river flow by and playing Dominoes. Cabin was clean and the kitchen was small but very functional. We would certainly stay here again!!

Easy to find, remote enough that we were able to decompress, but only 10 minutes from the grocery store. Well equipped, great porch, perfect hot tub, and right on the river!

Nice cabin right on the water. We drive an electric vehicle and really appreciated having a charging station to plug into. Enjoyed our stay and would visit again but wanted to comment on garland decorating the stairs was taking away from the functionality of the handrail. Going downstairs to use the bathroom was not an issue, but I’d like to use the railing uninhibited to make sure I safely make it up and down the stairs in the middle of the night. There were a few dust bunnies on the stair railing and plug in fan but we could tell they do a great job of ensuring the cabin is taken care of. Quiet property with lots to visit and see in surrounding area. Owners were very quick to reply and gave friendly instructions.

What a cute cabin! Perfect size for a long weekend away for two. We got there pretty late on the first night and when we went to bed our sheets were dirty. There was so much body hair all in the sheets there was no way they were clean. I messaged the owner and sheets were brought the next day for us to put on the bed. It was good, except it didn’t help us on that first night. The hot tub was dirty. If you touched the plastic on the inside you could feel the grime. I asked about the hot tub being clean, prior to arrival, and they said they refill the water after each use, but it couldn’t have been scrubbed in a while. It didn’t slow us down, but we won’t be staying at this location again.

Beautiful location on the Little River! Cabin was as pictured, location was so easy to get to (no steep, curvy roads), communication with the owner was easy, and the location was perfect - you can relax on the porch and listen to the water peacefully flowing over and around the rocks.

We so enjoyed our stay at the riverfront cabin! Took in many of the local activities hiking, biking, eating, but also enjoyed quiet evenings by the water and lounging in the hot tub. The cabin had everything we needed - fully stocked with lovely linens, ample everyday supplies, etc. Even the torrential rains caused by Hurricane Helene didn't dampen our spirits - we will be back!
