I loved everything about it
I get away once a year just to myself and a stack of books. This was a great cabin for just that.
It was a great stay and the property was quality.
It was absolutely perfect
Very well done! Cute farmhouse, all the kitchen supplies for cooking. The front and back porch were the best spots to sit and relax. We will return.
Cozy and comfortable house. Very peaceful. Great place for rest and relaxation. We enjoyed getting away from all the hustle and bustle.
Very cozy little cabin. Small, but it was everything we needed.
The beautiful cabin was just perfect for the weekend gateway. My son is 7yr old, he loved playing with the cornhole. Played outside with the rocks all day. We had the best and very comfortable time ever. We would be returning for sure.
This is a neat little house. It has all the stuff you need for cooking, a firepit with wood, a propane grill, and excellent AC throughout. It was very comfortable. The cell and internet service is a bit spotty, but we brought a DVD player that plugged right into the tv on the property.
This cute little place was beautiful and relaxing and just what we needed. We weren’t sure when we first entered the area but once we were settled at our place it was perfect. We watched deer right out in front, both days. Not being in Hochatown and Beavers Bend ended up being a blessing in disguise. We were far enough away from all of the people and traffick but close enough to go to Beavers Bend each day. It was a quaint, quiet, cozy and welcoming place.
Great location. Nice to be away from the crowds of Hotchatown
Very relaxing and beautiful place . Great booking process and all was well.
This is a place to relax and get away from your everyday routine. Beautiful all the way around.
This property was exactly as advertised and exactly what we we looking for in a quiet weekend getaway
Wonderful host who was very helpful & kind. Woke up to deer outside of the door. Such a peaceful place, close to Broken Bow in beautiful Farmhouse. My only complaint is that I wish we could have stayed longer. Couldn't have asked for more. Would definitely love to stay again!
We loved staying here. The area was very quiet and peaceful. The cafe nearby is really good. Teresa was a great communicator.
We absolutely LOVED this cabin! It had a cozy decor style and very clean. It was the perfect place to relax and get away from the hustle and bustle. There is little to no cell service(which we actually enioyed) but good wifi available if needed. The Ringold Café and Baldwin's convenient store are just a short walk away. 10 out of 10, would visit here again!
Clean, comfortable and quiet
They loved it! I will write more after I talk to them.
We had a great time! It's a bit off the beaten path but gives you the true small town America feel! One horse town, with a cafe and general store that has everything you need. Cabin is comfortable and we slept like a baby! Teresa was very responsive to every question we had and lives nearby and always waved! Will stay here again if we're in the area.
Had a great stay! Wasn’t sure about about the location/neighborhood at first, but it was really a great quiet place!
Property was perfect for the weekend fishing getaway. Kitchen had all we needed for cooking meals, plenty of towels, beds were very comfy and the A/C worked great. It was the perfect size for the three of us. Fire pit was great and had hours of fun in the evening playing cornhole. Overall this property was perfect for the price and the seclusion.
We stayed 3 nights to celebrate my husband's birthday. Loved the house, bed was comfortable, kitchen has all you need, shower was fine. Everything looks new and in great condition. Only negative is no clothing storage so we used the bunk beds to stow our clothing in piles. A dresser? In master would be nice. Towel bars for wet towels would be great. We ate on the back deck and loved the quiet and view. TV in bedroom worked fine but TV in living room did not work. Must be disconnected from the direct TV. It was about 40 min drive to hikes in beaver bend state park. Worth it to stay at Phil's. Is there a way to swim in pine creek lake?? Thank you for a wonderful place to stay!!
Super cute house. Loved everything about the look and feel. It was great for a short weekend getaway. If you’re looking for something in Broken Bow or near the lake and hiking actives, you’re looking at a 30+ minute drive. Wish we stayed closer to everything. Other than that, it was a great place to stay.
