Charming, dog-friendly cabin with a private hot tub, outdoor fireplace, & yard

Perfect remote get-away. The negative reviews here make me laugh about cobwebs and musty smells; uh .... it's a CABIN in the woods, not a Hilton penthouse. So, if you're looking for rustic, and quiet, this is the place to go.

Very secluded location and peaceful.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The cabin was super clean, and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. My daughter really enjoyed the loft sleeping area. We enjoyed hanging out on the back porch and in the yard—it's such a nice, quiet spot. The hot tub was awesome and perfect after a long day exploring. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, and we also used the grill, which was a nice bonus. It’s only a short drive to downtown Blue Ridge, and there’s also some fun things to do nearby like mini golf and gem mining, which was great for something low-key to do. Overall, it was a really relaxing, easy getaway. Would definitely stay again!

The cabin was in disrepair and filthy. There was pollen everywhere on the screened in porch, along with dead bugs and leaves. The front railing was broken. There was a nail protruding from the floor. There was no a/c and no instructions on how to fix it. The a/c unit was disgustingly dirty. It doesn’t look like filter had ever been cleaned. Trash was strewn about the yard. Although we contacted Vacasa numerous times to get some help fixings these issues, it was to no avail. We couldn’t stay in this health hazard cabin. We left after 4 hours and no help.We contacted the corporate company headquarters in hopes of getting our money back. Just a truly horrible experience.

The cabin was the perfect size with everything we needed to just hang out and relax. We cook, and the kitchen is just right. The decks were everything and we enjoyed being in the mountains. The hot tub does need to be cleaned and the filter changed. There is a little mold starting to develop and the water left a bad smell on our skin. Overall, it was lovely!

This cabin is so cozy and was the perfect place for an anniversary trip. The king bed is very comfortable, and we loved having both the outside fireplace and the indoor gas fireplace. Internet is strong enough for streaming scary movies and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking our meals! Loved it!

This is our second time staying at this property and we loved it just as much this time, if not more! The outdoor areas are shady enough that they didn’t get too hot and inside was comfortable for the whole stay. Our kids had a great time and especially enjoyed visiting the Lily Pad five minutes away where we fished and went mining for gems. The owners were great to work with throughout our stay. We will be back!

We had a wonderful stay this weekend. The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights was definitely the hot tub, which overlooks private back yard. I can't wait to return for another relaxing getaway!

Lazy Days Cabin is a delightful cottage situated in the hills east of Blue Ridge. It is an ideal retreat for a couple or small family. The small screened back porch area overlooking a bush-bordered lawn and surrounded by trees is very private and perfect for reading accompanied by birdsong and the occasional hummingbird. The hot tub was perfect for relaxing after a day's hiking on the local trails, and Blue Ridge is close for restaurants and other attractions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
