If your idea of a relaxing evening is kicking back on your large, furnished deck or soaking your cares away in your private hot tub, you’ve come to the right place! Welcome to this secluded mountain retreat, where the only sounds you'll hear at night are the sounds of nature, and the only light comes from the stars above.
The interior of this wonderful mountain cabin is just as appealing, offering a blend of rustic, knotty pine features with updated amenities and appliances. The main floor features a well-equipped, eat-in kitchen with plenty of counter space and all the gadgets and gear you need to prepare quick snacks or elaborate feasts. When it’s time to eat, there’s a dining table for four - perfect for laptops or rainy day games. Or head outside, fire up your gas grill, and dine al fresco at the picnic table set right beside a wood-burning fireplace. The main living area is ideal for quiet nights in. Just switch on the gas fireplace and cozy up together on the comfortable queen sofa bed.
At night, head back outside to your second deck, just off the main floor. Even better, throw a log or two into the firepit out in your yard and watch the stars come out.

This cabin is definitely older. It was clean upon arrival (except for lots of cobwebs, the walls and ceilings need to be deep cleaned). It’s a fairly small space inside, very cozy. All of the amenities (fireplaces, hot tub, etc.) were in good shape and worked well. The inside of the cabin would benefit from some cosmetic renovations, but I wouldn’t discourage anyone from staying there. Wifi/internet work very well and are more than enough to stream whatever you want.
A perfect little cabin in a secluded wooded setting. We had no trouble following the gps. It’s so cozy! Loved the gas fireplace and the hot tub. There’s an outdoor fireplace on the deck too. We want to come back in the spring/summer to enjoy the screened in deck off the living room. So close to downtown Blue Ridge and other restaurants too.
We loved this secluded cabin. It was perfect for our family of 5. Very clean and everything we needed.
The back porch features were a highlight of our stay! Relaxing in the hot tub while viewing the red, gold, and green leaves; enjoying a cookout while safely using the stone, outdoor fireplace and spacious picnic table; and sipping coffee while enjoying the view - the location is a true getaway! The inside of the cabin makes a cozy stay for a weekend with a few friends.
Lazy days is a neat little cabin that is secluded and peaceful but not very far at all from Blue Ridge. The cabin is very rustic but that’s what we were looking for. The bed was comfortable and the cabin was well equipped with everything needed. They had a good selection of games and books as well. Great place to spend a weekend. Hope to be back soon.
We had a decent stay, however, we would of liked it much more if the cabin didn't smell so musty & the well water stinks also. Also, very dusty and it was an old wore out comforter for the master bed. Also agree with a previous review that the directions to the cabin are incorrect and not to take the right that it tells you, if you continue straight, you can get to the cabin. Otherwise very centrally located with nice privacy.
No traffic, no noise from neighbors, just a serene retreat with beautiful views. And when it rains on the metal roof a nap becomes almost mandatory! Nicely appointed with ample deck space and a lawn for a large gatherings, a new CLEAN hot tub for winding down, and an east-facing screened porch that provides bug-free outdoor space for taking in sunrises with your morning coffee! I’ll be back for leaf season!
Cute cabin. Enjoyed the hot tub. Loved the privacy
My wife and I had a wonderful stay. The cabin was clean. The multi-level decks were great for morning coffee and evening adult beverages. We highly recommend this little gem in Blue Ridge GA.
This is the perfect cozy cabin for 2 or for families with children. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The cabin was incredibly clean, and we loved sitting on the deck in the rocking chairs in the mornings and evenings. It is nicely located for easy drives to downtown Blue Ridge, Ellijay, McCaysville, and other mountain towns. The river is very close by for fishing or just sitting on some rocks and taking in the scenery. The little loft upstairs was the perfect place for me to lay out and organize my clothes without having to put them in a drawer. The kitchen had two types of coffee makers: a Keurig and a nice size standard coffee maker. The big back doors that open up to the part of the deck with the rockets has a really nice “magnetic” open/close screen so you could enjoy the mountain air without the bugs. Really cool outdoor fireplace that we will use when we return in the fall. A/C kept the cabin very cool and never had to be adjusted. We had a great stay and will definitely return and stay in this cabin again!
Cabin is a bit of a trek up the hill, definitely would not fit 5 vehicles easily. The upstairs twin bed area is very tiny, I could not stand even at 5”9. The space heaters are hard to know if they are working, the fireplace worked well though. Local cleaning crew and Vacasa haven’t paid any credit for no cleaning on arrival day of cabin or the hot tub. Cabin does need a cleaning to deal with spiderwebs and dust. With a good clean, it’s an overall decent stay for the price, for a smaller family.
This was a very fun built cabin. The surface was very clean and nice, but it really needed a good deep clean. That is the only negative that I have about the thing. Cobwebs up high and lots of dust on the cloth couch. Overall, pleasantly pleased with it.
Would definitely stay at this location again. Very inviting to the open air with enough seclusion to enjoy the sounds of the mountain side. Loved the decks at anytime of the day or night and having the picnic table by the outdoor fireplace was ideal for evening dinners
The cabin is unique and rustic feeling. Bed is not comfortable and hot tub was slimy and green and only a couple jets worked.
Very quite place with lots of outdoor space for hanging out, cooking etc
The cabin, the equipment and amenities were great...our one issue was a next door neighbor dog (up hill, propane tank side neighbor) that was off lash and roaming...the dog laterally chased us out of the driveway and back into the cabin as we were preparing for a neighborhood walk. We ended up not taking a walk as I could see the aggressive dog for several minutes afer pacing the woodline looking down on us. We did each out in an email, got a response about an hour later and was told we would know any response/results with a follow-up email. We sadly never heard back. We skipped walking the stone road for the trip. Check in and out were a breeze. Thanks.
This was a perfect place for my sweetheart and me to enjoy our anniversary. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed, the bed was soft and comfortable, and the porches with rocking chairs allowed us to to enjoy the beautiful fall weather. I might suggest you have a 4-wheel drive vehicle to navigate the driveway, as it is a little tricky (especially at night). Wonderful stay all around! Thanks for the opportunity to make lasting memories!
Great location if you don't mind steep, single lane, windy gravel roads. The location is beautiful, the yard very private and quiet. Go either way on the nearest main road to find hiking and things to do or just hang out at the cabin. Pet friendly and great wifi. There is no door between bedroom and loft so no privacy and very low ceiling in loft. Only a few jets in hot tub working and very weak. Priced a little high comparatively.
We loved our weekend getaway to this secluded cabin! The kids loved the back lawn and the rocking chairs on the porch are what fall dreams are made of. We thought the photos and descriptions of this cabin on the booking website were accurate.
A cute little cabin with a big heart. The hot tub was just the right touch. Definitely a private getaway.
